The rapid development of virtual reality technology has brought new opportunities to medical education,training and other industries.Compared with traditional surgery teaching and training,virtual surgery training simulators have low cost and high efficiency.The development of virtual surgical training simulators has become a hot spot in today's medical education industry.In addition to virtual reality technology,the application of augmented reality and mixed reality technology also makes the training methods of simulators diverse.Compared with the continuous updating of training methods,the evaluation method of doctors after using simulator training still relies on the traditional relatively single evaluation.With the continuous development of medicine,surgical operations have higher and higher requirements for doctors to operate with hands.Especially for the basic training module,a novice doctor can temporarily reach the operation level of an expert doctor after a short training.At this time,the traditional evaluation method is no longer applicable to make a more accurate judgment on the operator's level.This paper aims to explore a more efficient surgical training method for doctors,and to explore a more comprehensive and efficient evaluation method for virtual surgical training.The method is no longer limited to the traditional subjective and objective evaluation,but according to the underlying neurophysiological mechanism of human,using EEG signals during the operation of doctors to evaluate their skill level.The main work of this paper includes the following:(1)In this paper,a set of thoracoscopic surgery training simulator is designed independently,which is optimized for the shortcomings of the simulators on the market.The algorithm for ropes has been improved and the realism of the reconstructed model has been increased.Provide doctors with a more realistic feeling from both visual and tactile aspects.The simulator can provide doctors with four training methods: box training,virtual reality,augmented reality,and mixed reality,and includes four basic modules of thoracoscopic surgery training.(2)Based on the thoracoscopic surgery training simulator,the influence of different training methods on the improvement of doctors' manual operation skills was explored.Mainly based on the traditional subjective evaluation and objective evaluation methods.The function score model of the training module was determined by the entropy method,and the results of the doctor's operation training were quantitatively analyzed.(3)By collecting EEG signals of doctors during operation,the relative energy value of beta rhythm in EEG signals was calculated by power spectral density,which is used as a new index to evaluate the skill level of doctors' hand manipulation and compared with the original objective evaluation method.The experimental results show that compared with other training methods,the mixed reality training method is more conducive to improving the doctor's two-hand operation skills,and the immersive training environment and the real tactile feeling have a greater effect on the doctor's operation.Using doctors' EEG signals as the evaluation index of their skill level can increase the accuracy rate by 20% compared with the original evaluation index.
