The development of ARGIS(Augment Reality Geographical Information System)has greatly enhanced the effects of GIS(Geographical Information System)on analysis of visualizations.As the requirement of desired effects on augmenting reality system for registration technique is really high,how to ensure the virtual-real integration result of ARGIS has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,improvements were made in regard to limitations of the traditional methods after combining practical results of various kinds of registration technique on the basis of explaining and deducing the principle of augmenting registered mathematical.The method of registering center to complete the registration task under different working circumstances is put forward for the first time,realizing innovations on theory of actual coordinate system,algorithm research,design of augmented reality system and system practice.In terms of theory,in order to realize the integration of virtual and reality,the coordinate integration theory about generating and displaying virtual information in the user interface to match real environment is studied.Combining with practical application scenes,the contents related to registration technology such as coordinate system integration theory,the calculation of internal and external parameters and the model rendering shows are detailed deduced so as to establish the fusion model of virtual space and the real world.In terms of algorithm,this paper investigated the widely used artificial marker and natural feature identification methods and designed a comprehensive performance index to compare different performance index.In view of application scope and registration results,the paper innovatively combined these two methods together to complete the registration task under the indoor environment,and this new technology had achieved excellent registration results.For the existing problems that the precision of outdoor registration technology is not good,this paper combined GPS with posture sensor to fulfill registration task in the campus environment.Considering the applicability and implementation feasibility of the algorithms,this paper discussed the application mode of registration techniques under different circumstances,which provided a theoretical foundation to choose different methods for ARGIS registration service center.As for the design of augmented reality system,this paper put forward the concept of multi-scenario registration system to solve the registration problems under different environments.The working process,structure of hardware and software and functional module are enucleated.The operating mechanism of registration service and GIS service are discussed in detail..The improved registration technology is eventually encapsulated in the registration service center.The system provided registration and GIS functions according to demands of different users.In the aspect of system practice,the prototype system of the multi-scenario augmented reality registration system is preliminarily realized.The system could support different registration modes in various working conditions to ensure the effective implementation of the registration service as well as provide professional GIS query and analysis function on the basic frame of integrating registration service.And the effects of integration of virtual information and real scenes is pretty good.In general,this augmented reality system achieves the goal for improving the cognition level of users.
