As an important part of social governance,public health emergencies have been attracting increasing attention in recent years.For example,major infectious diseases,chemical material leakage,sudden man-made disasters or natural disasters and other problems frequently occur,which brings great pressure to the construction and development of China's emergency rescue system.In emergency rescue,the safety and reliability of rescue equipment is a very important part of safety rescue.Improving the technical level of emergency rescue equipment and realizing man-machine matching are the key issues in emergency rescue.Especially in recent years,there have been repeated floods across the country,and in the flood rescue difficulties caused by the restrictions of the use of equipment and tools,which has sounded the alarm for the optimization of flood rescue equipment.In this context,this research makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the use of rescue stretchers in the process of flood rescue.This study is first based on the development of rescue stretcher product design,understand the current advanced design technology and design concept,summarizes the suggestions that can provide reference for this research,and clarify the research objects and research problems.Subsequently,through the field visit,questionnaire survey and interview survey,the user needs of the rescue stretcher design were summarized from three aspects of rescuer,rescuer and rescue environment.According to the user demand in the rescue stretcher design,on the spot measurement,on the other hand,it combines the actual process,actual content and user demand,and puts forward the man-machine design principles under the guidance of the man-machine design principle.In terms of practical design,the source of inspiration is described,the design positioning is sorted out,and the ideas of function,structure design and material are proposed according to the feasibility of man-machine design and technology.Based on the design scheme,the product design,after two iterations to form the final design works.The JACK simulation software was verified to ensure the availability of the research results.In the guidance of theory and practice test,the design research is expected to provide a common reference for the construction of the flood rescue system and the development of the flood rescue work in China.
