Abstract/Summary:
At present,under the background of global development,the health industry has entered people’s field of vision.It has changed from centering on disease treatment to centering on people’s health.It is proposed to strengthen the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,protect occupational health and further promote the manufacture of health products.With the rapid development of my country’s modern science and technology and industrial technology,the production process of most industries has basically realized mechanization and automation.However,the construction industry is still a labor-intensive industry with a low degree of mechanization.There are still unreasonable behavior habits and operation methods in the operation process of construction workers.Some characteristics,such as harsh construction environment and high risk,have a direct impact on workers’ unsafe behaviors.Inlay workers mainly use hand tools and machines to decorate the surface of structures and other objects,and install floor installation personnel who kneel for a long time.Postural work puts the knee joint in a state of high load,which increases the risk of knee joint diseases and shortens its occupational life span.The knee joint is the most complex and the most common weight-bearing joint of the lower limbs in the human body.In work and daily life,the knee joint is often subjected to flexion and extension load-bearing activities,which often leads to an overloaded state of the knee joint,which is extremely prone to injury and disease.Engaging in heavy physical labor or repeating a certain action for a long time will cause knee joint wear and tear and cause knee joint diseases.Through market analysis,field research and literature review,combined with the characteristics of the knee joint and ergonomics theory,through simulation experiments,pressure analysis and other methods,this topic designs a knee pad with a pressure-relieving function for the protection of the knee joint for veneers,and provides a basis for future related research.Experiments provide certain theories and methods.For workers,functional knee pads can not only protect users from daily work,but also reduce the harm of bad habits to the knees during work,thereby reducing the proportion of workers’ knee diseases and improving work efficiency.
