Research purpose: Blood flow restriction(BFR)is a training method in which pressure is inflated at the limb for the purpose of obstructing blood flow, and previous studies have shown that it has effects such as promoting muscle growth. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the short-term effects of different BFR combinations and to compare the PAP(post-exercise activation effect)to explore the characteristics and mechanisms of its effects on exercise performance.Subjects and methods: 60 male students majoring in Xi’an physical education university were selected as the research objects.Five combinations(30%1RM+BFR,PLYO,PLYO+BFR,80%1RM+PLYO and 80%1RM+(PLYO+BFR))were compared by literature method, experiment method, test method, comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics at 15 s,3min,6min,9min and 12 min before and after intervention.Results:1.After the intervention in the 30% 1RM+BFR group, the squat jump height and power of the subjects increased significantly from 6 min to 12 min, with the most significant improvement at 6 min.The squat jump height and power were significantly different from the other four groups at 15s(P < 0.05).2.After the PLYO group intervention, the squat jump height and power increased significantly from 15 s to 6min,with the most significant improvement at 15 s,and the30 m performance increased significantly after 9min.30 m performance was significantly different from that of the 80%1RM+(PLYO+BFR)group at 3min(P <0.05),and 30 m performance was significantly different from that of the 30%1RM+BFR group at 6min(P < 0.05).Significant difference(P < 0.05).3.After the combined intervention of PLYO+BFR,the squat jump height and power increased significantly from 15 s to 9min,most significantly at 15 s,and the 30 m performance increased significantly from 6min to 9min,most significantly at 9min,showing the trend of prolonged PAP effect time.30 m performance in 15 s,6min and9 min was significantly different from that in the 30%1RM+BFR group(P < 0.05).0.05).4,After the combined intervention of 80%1RM+PLYO,the squat jump height and power increased significantly from 3min-9min,and the most significant improvement was at 6min.30 m performance increased significantly from 6min-9min,and the most significant at 9min.30 m performance was significantly different from that of the30%1RM+BFR group at 6min and 9min(P < 0.05).5.After the intervention of 80% 1RM+(PLYO+BFR)combination,the time of significant improvement in squat jump height and power was 15s-12 min,the most significant at 6min.30 m performance increased significantly at 3min-9min,the most significant improvement at 3min,showing the trend of prolonged PAP effect time.15 s,3min,6min and 9min were different from the 30% 1RM+BFR group. There was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the 30 m performance of the 1RM+BFR group.Conclusions:1.Plyometrics combined with blood flow restriction(BFR)and high-intensity resistance combined with blood flow restriction and plyometrics can effectively form a post-activation potentiation(PAP),which can significantly promote the squat jump and short distance speed performance. In contrast,low-intensity resistance combined with blood flow restriction on the squat jump has a promotional effect, but the effect on 30 m performance is not obvious.2.Low intensity resistance combined with blood flow restriction after the squat jump height and power in 6min effect is most obvious.Enhanced training combined with blood flow restriction method, squat jump height and power in 15 s and 3min performance is the most obvious,30 m in 9min to improve the most obvious.3.High intensity resistance combined with enhanced training and blood flow restriction method, squat jump height and power in 6min the most obvious effect,30 m performance in 3min the most obvious effect.4.Plyometrics and high-intensity resistance combined with Plyometrics accompanied by blood flow restriction method, will not further significantly improve the postactivation potentiation effect, but can extend the duration of the post-activation potentiation effect.
