As we all know,the effect of PAP post activation potentiation is more significant in some explosive sports.Previous studies have shown that the current research on the enhancement effect of post activation mainly focuses on the expression of muscle strength before and after induction and the different ways of induction.The research direction is from general to specific,but there is less research on the different ways of induction of PAP.Objective: To explore the effect of PAP on the muscle strength of Triple Jumpers in one foot jump by 85% 1RM dynamic induction of Triple Jumpers with the same training level,and analyze the differences of Triple Jumpers in different recovery time,take-off leg and swing leg,and gender.By comparing and analyzing the influence of dynamic induction of post PAP on the single leg muscle strength characteristics of triple jumpers,this paper provides more reference for improving the theoretical system of PAP research field,the practical application of PAP in sports training and competition,and the scientific training of special quality of triple jump.Methods: The rigid body model of the lower limbs of the triple jumpers was established by using the experimental method,and the parameters of the dynamometer,vicon infrared high-speed motion capture system and EMG were obtained synchronously;Using mathematical statistics method,we collected the indexes of kinematics,dynamics,myoelectricity and quality in the process of single foot jump,sorted them out with the mean± standard deviation,and then used MATLAB to carry out two-way anova to observe the size of P and significant level a(0.05).P < 0.05 showed that there was no significant difference and no interaction,and 0.01 < p < 0.05 showed that there was difference but no significant difference P < 0.01 showed significant difference;There is also literature review method to collect and sort out relevant literature;The last is logical analysis.Results: There were significant differences in the time of reaching the peak value of each characteristic index of muscle strength after the dynamic induction among the second level triple jumpers(athletes with the same training level);Average value ±variance(M ± SD),there are significant differences between male and female triple jumpers of the same training level before and after dynamic induction in the height of take-off leg,and there are significant differences between take-off leg and swing leg;After dynamic induction,the peak ground vertical reaction force,peak power and peak development rate(PRFD)of the dynamic indexes were significantly higher than the reference value in the recovery time of 4-12 min(all P < 0.05);In the kinematic parameters,there was no significant difference in the angle of lower limb joint at the moment of peak force in the stage of pedal extension(P > 0.05)(M±SD)increased significantly(P < 0.05).After PAP induction,the integral EMG values of rectus femoris,lateral femoris,medial femoris and gastrocnemius in men increased significantly and reached the peak value at 8 min(P < 0.05),while there was significant difference in women at12 min.there was no significant difference in the integral EMG values of biceps femoris and anterior tibialis(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in kinematic index,dynamic index(peak power,vertical ground reaction force VGRF)and integral electromyography(IEMG)of rectus femoris,lateral femoris,medial femoris and gastrocnemius between take-off leg and swing leg(P < 0.05),but no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion: Male and Female Triple Jumpers of the same training level are more effective in activating and enhancing the take-off,withdrawal and swinging legs after 4-12 minutes of dynamic induction.The dynamic parameters of take-off leg increased significantly8 min after induction,which was more significant than that of swing leg.It was mainly reflected in the height,peak vertical force,peak power,peak development rate of one foot jump,and the integral EMG value of main working muscles(rectus femoris and lateral femoris)of one foot jump increased.However,the activity of some muscles of male triple jumpers reaches the peak at 8 min of recovery time,while that of female triple Jumpers reaches the peak at 12 min,so the factors of gender difference also have a significant impact on the effect of PAP,and the effect of PAP of male triple jumpers is more significant in single foot jump.
