With the popularization of urbanization,the intersection between cities and rural areas has been increasing,and the tendency of superstition to copy urban construction methods to build farm houses has become increasingly obvious.The phenomenon of "a thousand villages has the same image " has been appeared in large numbers,and the characteristics of the rural land area of the building gradually annihilated in the tide of construction.“The No.1 Central Document in 2021” clearly stated that “to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organization,give full play to the functions of agricultural product supply,ecological barriers,and cultural inheritance,and follow the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,so that the villages are livable and livable.Industry.” Research on the passive technical means of traditional houses is of great significance for boosting rural construction,the construction of rural ecological civilization,and cultural inheritance.The paper takes the traditional houses in Rucheng,Hunan as the research object,and uses the method of combining on-site investigation,field testing and software simulation to excavate the ecological building ideas and construction technology experience in the local houses that are conducive to natural ventilation.The thesis mainly studies the following aspects:1.Systematically combed the “Green Building Evaluation Standards”,“China Ecological Housing Technology Evaluation Manual”,“Hunan Province Green Building Evaluation Standards” and other relevant wind environment evaluation standard provisions,combined with the actual situation in Rucheng Analyze and determine the indoor and outdoor wind environment evaluation indicators,and then formulate more scientific simulation conditions and simulation procedures for residential groups and single residential buildings.2.Simulate the outdoor wind environment at different elevations of typical residential groups,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of summer natural ventilation conditions of residential groups in terms of wind speed,pressure difference before and after buildings,and wind speed amplification coefficient,and summarize the natural ventilation environment strategies of traditional residential buildings in Rucheng.And aim to improve and optimize the simulation status.3.On the basis of the general survey of the traditional houses in Rucheng,the characteristics of typical houses are refined,and physical models are constructed based on this to simulate the indoor natural ventilation conditions in summer,and the natural ventilation building strategies of the traditional houses in Rucheng are analyzed in detail from the wind speed and the number of indoor air exchanges.Summarize and optimize the ventilation measures of residential units.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the summer monsoon environment in Rucheng's traditional houses,the paper finally summarized the environmental strategies of natural ventilation in Rucheng's traditional houses in summer from the aspects of water construction,cold lane layout,open space,etc.,from the patio space and external openings.Interior door windows and space division,etc.,summarized the building strategy of natural ventilation in Rucheng traditional houses in summer.The summer natural ventilation potential of Rucheng's traditional houses was discovered,and the passive ventilation technology of Rucheng's traditional houses was inherited.
