Spatial Correlation And Influencing Factors Of The Incidence Of Hospitalization Among Workers In Yunnan Province

At present,"Healthy China" has become a national strategy.Health has been regarded as a kind of human capital.Health capital is different from other forms of human capital.The health status of an employee determines the total time he can use to produce monetary income and commodities,which determines the total time available for marketing and non-marketing activities.Therefore,it is of great significance to correctly understand and grasp the spatial correlation and influencing factors of the incidence of hospitalization among workers in Yunnan Province.Based on the above problems,this paper studies the spatial correlation of the incidence of hospitalization among workers in Yunnan Province.Firstly,the data sources used are explained,and descriptive statistical analysis is carried out on the data from the city,gender and age.The effect of gender and age differences was then removed when calculating hospitalization rates,with the aim of making the indicators comparable.Then,Moran's I index was used to measure the spatial correlation of the incidence of hospitalization of employees in Yunnan Province.From the results of the global autocorrelation test,there was a significant spatial autocorrelation in the incidence of hospitalization of employees in various cities and municipalities in Yunnan Province,with obvious spatial clustering characteristics.From the aggregation results,Diqing Prefecture,Baoshan City,Dali Prefecture,Lincang City,Lijiang City,Nujiang Prefecture have low-value clusters compared with neighboring cities;Kunming City,Yuxi City,Honghe Prefecture,Pu'er Prefecture Compared with the surrounding areas,there is a high-value cluster in the city,Chuxiong,Qujing,and Xishuangbanna,that is,the incidence of employee hospitalization in these areas has a high-value impact on the surrounding areas.This indicates that there is an obvious spatial correlation in the incidence of hospitalization among workers in Yunnan Province.When there is a spatial correlation,using the ordinary least squares(OLS)regression model will bias the results and is not a valid estimate.Lagrange Multiplier(LM)test was used to test the results of stepwise regression to determine the chosen spatial regression model,namely the spatial lag model.Compared with the OLS regression model,the spatial lag model has no significant changes in the significance of coefficient estimates,and the estimated coefficients are not significantly different,but it reflects the spatial clustering characteristics of the incidence of hospitalization of employees in Yunnan Province,indicating that spatiality is a realistic condition.must be considered below.Therefore,by using the spatial lag model to analyze the influencing factors of the spatial pattern of the incidence of hospitalization of employees in Yunnan Province,it is concluded that the main influencing factors are GDP per capita,average wages of employees,and average annual temperature.
