The rural landscape is a complex mosaic composed of the natural environment and the human settlement environment, with the rapid advancement of new urbanization has promoted the development of the rural economy and brought ecological and environmental problems.Changes in the external natural environment and interference from human activities have caused changes in the composition and structure of the rural ecosystem, affecting the sustainability of rural landscape construction. The southern Jiangsu village is located in the economically developed eastern coastal area of China. It has a unique spatial structure of the water network, and the ecological environment is fragile and sensitive. The conflict between rural development and environmental protection is more apparent. The static blueprint-style rural planning method is challenging to meet the current requirements of rural ecological civilization construction.Based on the landscape ecological risk assessment method, this study analyzes the adverse effects of external disturbance on the structure and process of rural ecosystems from the landscape scale, and constructs an evaluation method index system based on the landscape pattern index in the theory of landscape ecology.By quantifying the loss of the rural ecosystem in the southern Jiangsu water network, and combining the actual needs and difficulties of rural development,we will explore flexible and dynamic adaptive planning methods to provide a scientific basis for understanding and controlling ecological security issues in the rural planning process.Provide new ideas and directions for realizing the harmony and sustainable development of rural man-land relationship. This paper selects the southern Jiangsu water network village as the research object. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)First,analyze the related concepts of "water network village","landscape ecological risk assessment" and "adaptive planning",summarize its domestic and foreign research progress, clarify the research objects, evaluation methods and planning methods, and explain landscape ecology at the same time,Theoretical research related to adaptive management and sustainable development provides a theoretical basis for rural adaptive planning.(2)Secondly,through data collection and practical investigation, the main disturbance activities and types faced by rural areas in southern Jiangsu are summarized from the aspects of natural disaster disturbance and artificial construction disturbance. On this basis, according to the theory of landscape ecology, the landscape disturbance degree and landscape vulnerability index are selected to construct a landscape ecological riskassessment method, the landscape pattern index of the corresponding research sample unit is calculated by the grid method, and the rural landscape ecological risk assessment is obtained by weight calculation result.Through analysis of the results of landscape ecological risk assessment, combined with spatial correlation analysis and the distribution of landscape types, the spatial distribution characteristics of rural landscape ecological risks are summarized.(3)Based on the principles of ecological priority, integrity and adaptability,a complete adaptive planning strategy system is proposed from four aspects: layout optimization, space management and control, technical implementation and dynamic feedback,so as to realize the research on rural adaptive planning of water network. The specific strategies are to build an ecological security pattern to maintain the ecological security of the water network and rural areas;to manage and control risk space at different levels,to rationally optimize the rural functional zoning;to apply ecological technology to improve the self-sustainability of the rural system;to dynamically manage ecological risks to promote the adaptive cycle of rural areas.(4)Select the Beimayang area of Wujiang,Suzhou, which has a typical spatial structure of the water network,as empirical analysis, evaluate, comprehensively analyze and summarize the ecological risk status of rural landscapes, propose planning strategies, and plan the adaptability of the rural water network in southern Jiangsu The research is deepened and discussed more specifically.
