| With the increasing trend of population and labor aging,the quality of medical services is facing increasing challenges.Because medical staff need to transport patients for a long time and are exposed to high-load environments,patient transfer is a high-risk task that causes musculoskeletal disease(MSD)of medical staff.At the same time,patient transfer is also a process of secondary injury to patients.Existing studies have shown that hospitals reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal diseases among medical staff by formulating patient transfer systems and patient treatment courses;the design and development of domestic medical transfer beds are mainly focused on the shape and function level,and medical staff and patients are passively designed Fang: The design environment of medical equipment is complex,including design objects such as hospital environment,products,patients,and medical staff.The problem identification is low,and it is only for a certain object,which is likely to cause design defects in humans and machines.Based on this problem,a method for applying the potential failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)and Jack to the ergonomic design and development of the medical transfer bed is proposed.FMEA is a forward-looking systematic method with the advantage of easy identification of the key points of the problem.Jack provides users with objective and reasonable solutions,analyzes and discovers product man-machine design defects,and makes timely modifications to improve product development efficiency and save development costs.In order to effectively dig out and improve the ergonomic design problems of the medical transfer bed,and improve the operating comfort of medical staff and the patient experience,this article focuses on FMEA and Jack to carry out the ergonomic design of the medical transfer bed.The main contents are as follows(1)Study the main characteristics of the ergonomics of the medical transfer bed,analyze the characteristics of the doctor-patient man-machine interface,the design principles of the medical transfer bed,and the comfort standard.(2)Analyze the potential failure modes and effects of the medical transfer bed,summarize the medical equipment failure risk and evaluation standards,and obtain the judgment standards of severity(S),occurrence(O)and detection degree(D)in FMEA.Analyze the function and task flow of the medical transfer bed,calculate the high-risk task coefficient,and provide analysis priority for the analysis of the man-machine function of the medical transfer bed.(3)Study the user population and use environment of the medical transfer bed,combine the ergonomics theory,establish a "medical staff-patient-medical equipment" man-machine coupling model,perform Jack man-machine efficiency analysis,and get the influence on man-machine The key factor of compatibility.(4)Design and verify the key elements of the medical transfer bed,and carry out the design and verification of the medical transfer bed.After Jack feasibility verification and FMEA reliability verification,it is proved that the working posture of medical staff has been improved,the comfort is significantly improved,and the harm to patients is reduced.The combined method of FMEA and Jack can effectively shorten the design and manufacturing process of medical transfer beds and improve the efficiency of R&D and manufacturing. |
