Study On The Risk And Harm Of Oil Spill Accident Of Ships In The Sea Area Of Jingtang Port

In recent years,human give more attention on the ship oil spill accidents.This paper focus on the sea area of Jingtang Port to illustrate the risks and hazards of ship oil spills,measures and suggestions are also involved in this paper.First,the methods of investigation,literature research in relevant fields were involved.Meanwhile,The present situation of port development,marine environment and sensitive resources in the sea area of Jingtang Port is deeply analyzed,sea environment and sensitive resources in Jingtang Port,classify and identify the causes,locations,types and pollution levels of oil spill accidents.Because the rapid development of the shipping and the port industry,therefore the risk accidents will be also increasing.Second,using the AHP,a pairwise judgment matrix is established for 15 factors.It is concluded that the high risk factors are mainly liquid bulk cargo,hazardous chemicals operation,coal etc.It is concluded that the high-risk areas are the waters near Jingtang Port,the main channel and the anchorage of hazardous chemicals.Once more,the probability analysis of ship oil spill accidents and the formula of oil spill volume are established.In recent years,there are less than 2 oil spill accidents and the oil spill volume is less than 21 tons.And according to the influence of oil film selfdiffusion,wind force and ocean current,the particle tracking method was used to explore the establishment of oil spill trajectory model formula.An empirical analysis was made in the waters of the 2#dangerous goods anchorage in Jingtang Port.It is considered that once a large-scale oil spill accident occurs in the waters of Jingtang Port,the aquaculture fishing area,San Dao scenic tourist area,the water intake of Datang Wangtan Power Plant etc,will be affected,and the economic,social and biological diversity will be greatly lost.Finally,various problems were enumerated.Meanwhile,6 aspects of suggestion have been listed which involved emergency response plan and propaganda exercise.Figure 8;Table 25;Reference 53...
