With the rapid development of new rural construction,the ownership of rural collective construction land,such as homestead,public facilities land and business land,is changing more and more frequently.As an important part of rural land survey,the confirmation of contractual land is to investigate the use,area,boundary,location and ownership of rural commercial land,which has low cost,short cycle and high precision.Traditional methods based on satellite remote sensing images,combined with photogrammetry technology and remote sensing image intelligent interpretation method to achieve large-scale land survey.However,this method can not meet the requirements of modern rural land survey because of its long processing cycle,high cost and poor mobility.UAV photogrammetry technology carries optical camera sensors on the unmanned aerial vehicle,combined with GPS Differential Positioning and remote sensing image processing technology,which can realize automatic,intelligent and specialized remote sensing data processing,modeling and application analysis of rural land.It has the advantages of mobility,speed and economy,and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional remote sensing technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to apply UAV photogrammetry technology to rural land survey.Taking Chongren County as an example,the specific work are as follows:Based on the survey needs of rural land,the background and significance of UAV in land survey work are discussed by clarifying the relevant contents of rural land categories,locations and attributes of rural land survey.Several methods in rural land survey are briefly described,and the survey methods such as traditional manual,manned aircraft aerial photogrammetry and unmanned remote sensing technology are compared,and the advantages of UAV aerial survey and remote sensing technology in land survey are clarified.Based on the survey characteristics of rural land,the technical framework of rural land survey by UAV remote sensing technology is designed,the processing of UAV survey data,triangulation operation,and the process of attitude assisted UAV aerial photography operation are described,and the specific operation process and method based on UAV photogrammetry technology for land survey work of rural land contract management rights are constructed.Translated with www.Deep L.com/Translator(free version)Aiming at the problem of right confirmation of rural land contract management in Chongren County,based on UAV aerial photography and photogrammetry technology,the rural land area,boundary,location and ownership in Chongren county are investigated.Firstly,the UAV equipped with optical camera was used to aerial photograph each village in Chongren County,and the image data and corresponding POS(air monitoring system)data in the operation area were obtained.Secondly,Inpho software is used to encrypt a small number of ground control points,and dense matching is used to generate digital surface model(DSM).The ground objects are filtered to obtain digital elevation(DEM),and then digital differential correction is carried out to produce digital orthophoto(DOM).Finally,DOM is combined with vector map and classification of basic farmland protection level to obtain land boundary information and determine management ownership.The experimental results show that the accuracy of measuring point location is much higher than the accuracy requirements of rural land ownership survey.
