The Spatial Temporal Evolution And Layout Optimization Research Of Rural Settlements Based On The Land Investigation Data

The traditional layout of rural settlements,where performance is scattered distribution,low degree of intensive utilization,has been unable to meet the human's growing needs for a better life,with the complete victory of the fight against poverty and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,the Dongxiang Autonomous County has been studied in this study,and the related research be carried out from the follow three aspects:Firstly,the dynamic evolution characteristics of spatial-temporal distribution of rural settlements in this study area be studied through comprehensibly using GIS(Geographic Information System)spatial analysis,landscape index and other methods,and analysed the relevant affecting factors.Secondly,the evaluation index system of the layout resistance of rural residential areas is established based on the study of affecting factors,and analysed the suitability of the layout of rural residential areas in Dongxiang Autonomous County.Finally,the optimized type of rural settlement is divided by basing on the results of suitability evaluation and the current situation of the scale of rural settlements,and put forward the corresponding optimized schemes.The conclusions in this study are as follows:(1)The spatial temporal distribution,evolution characteristics and affecting factors of rural settlements in this study area be analysed based on the GIS spatial analysis,landscape index and other methods.The results showed that:?The number of rural settlements in the study area is characterized by "dense in the southwest and sparse in the periphery",while its scale is showed the characteristics about "cold in the southwest and hot in the periphery".And with the passage of time,the spatial distribution characteristics of "large scale-low density" tendency to be more significant.?Although the rural settlements in the four industrial layout planning areas are concentrated in the development of the largest settlements,it is developing in the direction of small scale and fragmentation totally.?There exists a certain correlation between between the distribution of rural settlements and the natural conditions and local conditions.The rural residential areas under various factors are still developing fragmently while developing in the largest settlements accompanying with the time.(2)The layout suitability of rural settlements is analysed based on the Minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model.The results showed that:the high layout suitability of rural settlements always be located in the planning areas with superior natural conditions,good social and economical conditions and diversified industrial development,such as comprehensive industrial zone along Taohe River,special fruit planting area and cultural and leisure tourism area.However,the area with low layout suitability are mainly distributed in the dry farming development areas where are poor natural conditions and single industrial development.(3)The optimized type about the rural settlements in the study area could be divided based on the evaluation results of layout suitability and the divided strategy of optimized types.And proposed the corresponding optimized schemes.The result showed:The area of key development type and moderately developed rural settlements in the study area accounted for a relatively large area,the area of retain development type rural settlements took the second place,and the area of relocation and demolition type rural settlements accounted for the smallest proportion.For the key development rural settlements,one is to promote the urbanization development of partial settlements,the other is to encourage the development of advantageous industries and investment promotion.For the moderately developed rural settlements,one is to continuously improve the infrastructure construction,the other is to vigorously develop characteristic industries to improve the attraction of settlements.For the retain development type of rural settlements,one is to guide the development of their own influence of the settlements located in the layout disadvantage area,the other is to control the further expansion and development of the settlements located in the layout advantage area.The local government should guide farmer to move to the nearby advantageous settlements on the premise of respecting their wishes due to the poor conditions of the rural settlements.
