By now,Japan has produced 24 Nobel Prize winners in natural science,and the number of Japanese Nobel Prize winners ranks the fifth in the world,the first in Asia,which reflects Japan's high-level ability in science and innovation,thus a study on the group of Japanese Nobel Prize winners can give enlightments to our scientific development.This thesis adopts various research methods,including the literature research method and the statistical measurement method,etc.By collecting data on the birth areas,family background,education background,research results,the changes of jobs and titles and other data of Japanese Nobel Prize winners,as well as relating the winners with Japan' s strategy of developing science and technology,scientific policies and research environment,it is found that the reasons of Japan's achievements in the field of Nobel Prize can be divided into three parts:micro,medium and macro levels.The reasons on the micro level include winners'talents in both learning and practice,as well as the educational guidance from their families during their childhood;the reason on the medium level is the inner strong mentoring relationship of the winners;reasons on the macro level include five factors:Japan's huge investment and a clear positioning of its basic research,the formation of an ideal research environment under the background of long-term reasonable policies in science and technology,the lecture system and the openness of Japanese universities,Japanese scientists' extensive international exchanges and cooperation of scientific researches,as well as an ideal social and cultural environment to cultivate Japanese teenagers'scientific literacy.At the end of the thesis,the enlightenments of Japnsese achievements in Nobel Prize are presented in four aspects,including scientific policies,scientific research management,the cultivation system of talents and the breakthrough of advanced technology,that we should adhere to the innovation-driven development strategy,promote plans for scientific and technological development,enhance multi-field scientific research cooperation,reform the scientific and technological management system and accelerate the cultivation of innovative talents,so that our science and technology could be developed.
