Through the statistic analysis of the American winners of Nobel Prize of Science these years, several characteristics can be found. First, the number of the winners of Nobel Prize of Science in America is far larger than that of other countries. Second, the number of the winners of Nobel Prize of Science in America is increasing year by year. Third, of the winners American citzens of foreign origin accounts for a large proportion. Fourth, most of the winners work for the famous universities and laboratories engaging in researches. Fifth, most of the winners are superviors and students. These characteristics are closely related to the strong finanical support, peacefully social and political environment, large number of researchers, as well as the cultural, law, educational environment benificial for the development of science. After the foundation of PRC, we have made glorious achievements in science. However, through the research in this thesis, it is found that some advanced experiences in America is quite useful for the development of science in our country. We can learn from them in order to build a social environment more beneficial for the development of science in our country.
