Nighttime light pollution had varying degrees of impact on many organisms.Birds are one of the species that are seriously affected by nighttime light pollution.In recent years,the amount of urban night lighting projects in our country has been increasing,and the urban night light environment has continued to deteriorate.There are a large variety of birds and a large number in China where an important migration channel and transfer station for migratory birds.But domestic research on bird-friendly lighting is scarce.In the field of bird-friendly lighting,the sleep rhythm of birds is an important physiological rhythm that is significantly affected by light pollution.In this study,the typical migratory birds,Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica,were selected as the experimental objects,and the designed experimental box was used to conduct the bird’s sleep rhythm experiment.In this study,the artificial light environment of Deep Red,Red Orange,Amber,Lime,Cyan and Royal Blue with three different irradiances of 0.002 W/m~2,0.005 W/m~2 and 0.01 W/m~2 was set,and the natural light environment was set as a control group.The computer neural network technology is used to output the typical sleep rhythm characteristic indexes of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica to study the influence of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica under the artificial light of different irradiance and wavelengths.The experimental results show that there are differences and similarities in the effects of artificial light of different light colors on the rhythm of t rhythm of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica.The natural sleep rhythm of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica is related to the experimental stage of the experiment.With the increase of irradiance,the effect of artificial lighting on the sleep rhythm of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica increases,however,the lower irradiance will affect sleeping situation of Eophona Migratoria and Carduelis Sinica.Carduelis Sinica.is more sensitive to artificial lighting than Eophona Migratoria.Royal Blue has little effect on the sleep rhythm of Eophona Migratoria,and there are favorable effects on certain indicators.Lime has a large negative effect on the sleep rhythm of Eophona Migratoria.Amber has a greater negative effect on the sleep rhythm of Carduelis Sinica.The bird-friendly lighting experimental research platform adopted by this research institute has been improved on the basis of the predecessors,and can provide methods and technical support for subsequent corresponding research.The bird image detection software developed based on computer neural network technology can improve the processing speed and release researchers.The research results and conclusions obtained can supplement and improve the basic database of bird light ecology in China,and also provide scientific theoretical support for urban lighting engineering design planning.
