In recent years,the development of the artificial lighting have fundamentally change the light environment at night around the world,which unquestionably bring large influence on the aspects of wildlife especially the subsistence of wild migratory birds.The artificial light pollution have led to many international ecological accidents in birds,among which there are a lot of rare species.The ecological resource has been seriously damaged.Meanwhile,Beijing-Tianjin area is one of the most rapid artificial light growing cities in china.At the same time,it is a key node in the migratory path Researches about the light ecology of birds are a very important part of Eco-city and Eco-Lighting development.Based on the summary of correlational studies in the world,“Urban area and wetland”(ecological ecotone)in Tianjin,the key transit nodes of international "Asia-Australia" footpath,is chosen as research area.In view of the “sleep disruption” problems caused by lighting pollution,typical dominant species will be researched through the light interference experiments.Through the review of previous studies,we summarized the typical experiment methods and standardization process;through the Non-contact behavior observation technology to explore the rule of "stimulus quantity of the light – functional response" and set up mathematical model;the difference of optical properties was researched in this paper.This research will provide theoretical support and method for the whole process of scientific research and practice of Ecological lighting in our country.
