demand for a better living environment,sports tourism is becoming more and more popular among people,especially Sports tourism represented by the health care industry is gradually emerging,bursting with new vitality.The National Fitness Implementation Plan of Guizhou Province(2016-2020)emphasizes the need to make good use of the advantages of outdoor tourism resources in Guizhou Province,combine local actual conditions to develop leisure tourism projects that tourists love to hear,establish sports tourism brands,and create outdoor tourism and leisure projects in Guizhou mountainous areas Establish provincial and national-level brand tourist attractions as well as characteristic national sports events with global influence.The overall plan for the National Sports Tourism Demonstration Zone in Guizhou Province(2019-2035)proposes that the current national economic development and transformation,and the tourism industry in Guizhou Province should also usher in structural adjustments.It is necessary to give full play to the role of sports in shaping the image of the city,stimulating economic growth and participation by the whole people.Expand the space and time of sports tourism,promote the reform of the supply side of the tourism industry,and improve the service quality and level of the province's tourism industry.Based on the planning of the National Sports Tourism Demonstration Zone in Guizhou Province,this article takes the sports tourism industry in Hezhang County as the research object,investigates and analyzes the development of sports tourism resources and the development status of sports tourism in Hezhang County,and uses the literature method and field investigation method.A variety of research methods,such as interview method and logical analysis method,find out the crux that hinders the rapid development of sports tourism in Hezhang County.The investigation and research found that: Hezhang County has rich natural resources and cultural and historical resources,rich in product resources,and has a good potential for development of sports tourism.However,sports tourism in Hezhang County is currently facing large infrastructure debts and an atmosphere of cultural and tourism integration.Insufficiency,insufficient transportation and accommodation capacity,and weak operating capacity of scenic spots,have led to the lack of brand competitiveness of sports tourism in Hezhang County,lack of characteristic tourism projects and attractiveness.After in-depth analysis and discussion,the main reasons are as follows: First,the development of tourism in Hezhang County started late,and the people's perceptions are relatively lagging.In addition,the financial and economic constraints and insufficient government investment have contributed to the influence of Hezhang Yelang culture and intangible cultural heritage.Insufficient mining and utilization,lack of development and construction of characteristic projects and key projects;second,Hezhang County is located in the mountains,driven and radiated from the urban area is less,the foundation is too weak,the investment environment is not good,and it is difficult to attract investment As a result,the progress of the construction of various projects in the scenic spot is not optimistic,and it is seriously lagging behind the original plan;third,the lack of relevant professional talents,the low cultural quality of employees,and the weak blood-forming ability of sports social organizations have led to the quality of sports tourism services in Hezhang County Not high;fourth,the publicity of sports tourism in Hezhang County is insufficient,and the traditional and modern publicity media that can be used are limited and cannot achieve the desired publicity effect.Aiming at the status quo of sports tourism resources in Hezhang County,this article proposes the following strategies for the development of sports tourism in Hezhang County: First,rationally plan and develop sports tourism resources,improve research mechanisms,carefully plan,and strengthen the excavation and utilization of Hezhang Yelang culture;The second is to train and introduce professional talents,consolidate Hezhang's talent base,optimize financing policies,coordinate multiple forces,accelerate the construction and driving of key projects,make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure,and break through the bottleneck of the carrying capacity of transportation and accommodation;third is to strengthen Departmental collaboration,strengthen market standard management,strengthen education and training for employees,improve sports tourism operation mechanism,enhance the cultural connotation of scenic spots,create a positive industrial orientation and a good sports tourism atmosphere;fourth,promote the in-depth integration of sports and tourism,and establish a sound The sports tourism industry chain promotes the upgrading of tourism;the fifth
