With the National Fitness Program being up to the national strategic level, mass sports activities were popular increasingly and carried out frequently. However, sports injuries happen frequently because Lacking of scientific guidance Meanwhile The BFR Training have been brought into focus by its simplicity and security in recent years and applied gradually in the mass fitness and other aerobic exercise field.Nevertheless, the effects on aerobic capacity about BFR Training were unsure because the related researches were limited of different population types and sample size, meanwhile the credibility of was lower on account of a single study and the final judgment effect was not ideal A Meta-analysis was a scientific and reasonable analysis of a certain research problem, and a valid conclusion can be obtained by summarizing different results Therefore, the study adopted the meta-analysis for evaluating the impact of BFR Training on maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),HR(heart rate)and cardiac output,to provide some evidences and relevant theoretical basis for the aerobic capacity improvement about BFR TrainingMethods:establishing the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the major databases(CNKI.WANFANG,PubMed and Web of Science)were searched from 1983.1 to 2019.12 The Revman5.3 software was used to analyze statistically all outcomes included in the literature Two experienced reviewers were alone assisted to screen the articles and excluded and extracted data from included literature The PRISMA scale was performed to estimate the methodological quality about the included studies Statal4.0 and RevMan5.3 software were used for data combining, forest and funnel plots, heterogeneity analysis, sensitivity analyses, subgroup analysis, and publication bias evaluationResult:The study Included 23 studies from 17 papers from 679 related articles after conditional exclusion and involved 276 subjects The results of meta-analysis showed that the level of VO2max and VO2peak have been significantly enhanced by BFR Training(SMD=0.58,95%CI:0.22-0.95,P=0.002,random effects model). The level of VO2max and VO2peak have been significantly enhanced by a single session of BFR Training(SMD=-0.69,95%CI:-1.16?-0.21,P=0.005,random effects model)The result of heterogeneity was 32%while the heterogeneity is 6%in the study of acute BFR Training, further, the I2 was reduced frome 32%to 0%by removing Amano's.The results of subgroup analyses indicated that the effects of BFR Training was not connected with whether having the background of sports experience and intervention time, rather significantly connected with Age of subjects(the olders:P=0.34:the youngs:P<0.05).The results of meta-analysis showed that HR have been significantly enhanced by BFR Training(MD=2.93,95%CI:2.07?3.80,P<0.00001,fixed effects model). The results of meta-analysis showed that cardiac output have been not significantly increased by BFR Training(SMD=0.06.95%CI:-0.80~0.91,P=0.89,fixed effects model)Conclusion:1?The BFR Training which was not a single session of acute training could only significantly enhance the level of VO2max,and VO2peak except acute BFR Training2?The significant effects were basic of of min intervention time of one week, except the old people.3?The BFR Training could significantly enhance the HR,but couldn't increase the cardiac output.4?The physiological mechanism of aerobic capacity improvement of BFR Training mainly includes two aspects, which were the metabolic adaptation and increased density of oxidase and capillary The changes of HR and cardiac output under the mechanism of oxygen uptake center are not the dominating factors affecting the adaptation and improvement of aerobic capacity.
