In this era of learning, the 21st century, the lifelong education and the permanent-learning society were being strongly promoted all over the world. To acquire the capability of learning, mechanical memorizing, which is the one of the biggest disadvantage of the process of the traditional education, has to be forbidden. Meanwhile, the memory, attention, imagination, and ideation have to be built and developed. Only when those abilities have been obtained and evolved, can the independent study be guaranteed to rebuild the structure of knowledge. To acquire the ability to learn is the requirement of the Middle-term Innovation And Development State Plan of The Education Section 2010 to 2020 Compendium and also one of the most important objects of the New Curriculum Reform. Not only should students remember and comprehend the knowledge but they should also master the methods and habits of getting the knowledge, to gain the ability to control and adjust one's emotion and cognizance.Meta-cognition, called'the cognizance of the cognizance', includes meta-cognition knowledge, meta-cognition experience and meta-cognition inspect. Learners need to inspect themselves, evaluate themselves and adjust themselves towards their activity and psychology of study constantly based on the goals of study, thereby improving the effect of study efficiently. The core point of that is people's awareness of inspecting themselves, evaluating themselves and adjusting themselves. The cognition tactics and the meta-cognitions tactic were always combined as an organic macrocosm for the successful learners. The cognition tactics help them link the new information and the known information, after that, the information will achieve the translation from the outside to the chronical memory. At the meantime, the meta-cognition tactics help them decide which tactics will be used in which situation. Researches indicate that the cultivation of meta-cognition tactics have wondrously positive effects on study such as waking the motivation, improving the meta-cognition plan, optimizing the measures, augmenting the self-control ability and advancing the grades.During the process of solving the high school physical problems, the tactical knowledge can be used as a break point to solve the problem favorably. At the meantime, the students'capabilities of solving the problem were improved. Once the training is successful, the meta-cognition will play an indispensable role during the process of solving the physical problems. Firstly, the object for the physical problem to solve will be corrected, which means the process of solve the problem will go without saying. The object is a kind of aesthesia produced from the subjective experience of the problem solver. The object is also the beginning and the termination of the problem and, the most important, the guidance of the whole process. During the solving process, the plan to solve the question has to be scrutiny and the feasible object has to be established. Only then, the physical problem can be solved favorably. Secondly, the operation come from the meta-cognition can accelerate the naissance of tactic. To solve the physical problem, some tactic will be necessary. The tactic produced from the reaction to the intellection affects the efficiency of physical problem solving greatly. Thirdly, the meta-cognition improves self-consciousness. Considering the subject characteristics of physics, some difficulties have to be faced when solving the physical problems, which is decided by the character of the physics, so, that requires students can activate themselves, exert their ability, engender the appetite to solve the problem and finally figure out the problem. In the whole process, the internal feedback modulation was taken charge by the mata-cognition.The experiments indicate that the usage of meta-cognition training during the high school physical education is feasible and effectual. At the meantime, the plane of meta-cognition can be improved by following idiographic measures: (1) asking yourself; (2) alternating quiz; (3) argumentation; (4) indoctrination.
