Compared with other freshwater red algae,Batrachospermaceae has special growth environment and grows on the substrate and has a unique distribution pattern,highly studied and reported in Asia,Europe,North America,South America and Oceania.In this study,the longitude,latitude and environmental factors of the world's samples of Batrachospermaceae were used as the research materials.Biostatistics(including one-way ANOVA,correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis)and metrology(including principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis)were used to analyze the effects of these environmental factors on the geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in different continents and the differences of geographical distribution and growth environment.The specific research results are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in the geographical distribution and growth environment among different genera of Batrachospermaceae in Asia.Altitude,maximum temperature,average temperature,minimum temperature,average relative humidity,average wind speed,maximum wind speed and atmospheric pressure were important environmental factors that caused the different geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in Asia.The prediction formula between latitude and longitude and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae in Asia is :Lat=35.482-0.689×Tm+0.742×V-0.057×SLP+0.004×ASLLong=127.182-2.665×TM+0.745×VM+2.066×T(2)There is no significant difference in geographical distribution and growth environment among different genera of Batrachospermaceae in Europe.However,comprehensive geographical distribution and growth environment as a whole,there are significant differences between different genera.Maximum temperature,average temperature,minimum temperature,average relative humidity,maximum wind speed and atmospheric pressure were important environmental factors that caused different geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in Europe.The prediction formula between latitude and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae in Europe is not statistically significant,and the prediction formula between longitude and environmental factors is :Long=-34.473+1.365×T+0.243×SLP(3)There were certain differences in the geographical distribution and growth environment among different genera of Batrachospermaceae in North America.Altitude,maximum temperature,average temperature and minimum temperature were important environmental factors that caused different geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in North America.The reliability of the prediction formula for longitude and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae in North America is not high,so it is not a conclusion.The prediction formula between latitude and environmental factors is :Lat=47.284-0.852×Tm(4)There was no significant difference in geographical distribution among different genera of Batrachospermaceae in South America,and the growth environment was different to some extent.However,comprehensive geographical distribution and growth environment as a whole,there are significant differences between different genera.Altitude,average temperature,minimum temperature,average relative humidity and atmospheric pressure were important environmental factors that caused different geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in South America.The reliability of the prediction formula for longitude and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae in South America is not high,so it is not a conclusion.The prediction formula between latitude and environmental factors is :Lat=-46.491+1.438×Tm(5)There is no significant difference in geographical distribution and growth environment among different genera of Batrachospermaceae in Oceania.However,comprehensive geographical distribution and growth environment as a whole,there are significant differences between different genera.Altitude,maximum temperature,average temperature,minimum temperature and average relative humidity were important environmental factors that caused different geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae in Oceania.The prediction formula between latitude and longitude and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae in Asia is :Lat=-62.455+1.708×TLong=181.930-1.354×T-0.041×ASLIn summary,in different continents,the environmental factors that cause significant differences in the geographical distribution of Batrachospermaceae are different,which is related to the local geographical and climatic characteristics,and also related to the research heat of Batrachospermaceae.Therefore,we need to collect more samples of Batrachospermaceae in a wider range and more abundant climatic conditions in order to further deepen the understanding between their geographical distribution and environmental factors.
