| Spatial distribution Cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and serum bilirubin(SBIL)reference values are clinically important medical indicators. The cardiac troponin I reference value is often used as a diagnostic indicator for important diseases in the heart, and is a reference value indicator with high sensitivity that can reflect the degree of myocardial damage in the body. The serum bilirubin reference value is one of the diagnostic indicators for hepatobiliary diseases, and more and more is used to assist in the diagnosis of important diseases in the heart. The research on the influencing factors of cardiac troponin I and serum bilirubin reference value is mainly based on physiological factors, but the geographical environment is also closely related to it.Therefore, this paper considers the geographical environment factors from the perspective of geographical environment influence.Linkage and mechanism with two medical reference values of cardiac troponin I and serum bilirubin, and establish predictive models related to it,further explore its mechanism and facilitate medical diagnosis. In this study, the measured values of cardiac troponin I in 26,759 healthy adults in 286 cities and counties nationwide and the measured values of serum bilirubin in 26,890 healthy adults in 267 cities and counties were collected and statistically compiled.Based on this,a forecasting model is established to forecast other cities(counties)across the country;geographic indicators, topographical indicators, climate indicators and soil indicators are selected. These include 25 sub-indicators such as longitude, latitude, altitude and annual average temperature.Correlation analysis was used to quantitatively study the relationship between cardiac troponin I and serum bilirubin reference values and geographical environmental factors.Three models of linear and nonlinear models were used for prediction.Through the multi-collinearity test, the appropriate method was selected as a single prediction model.According to the accuracy of the model, the optimal prediction model of cardiac troponin I and serum bilirubin reference value were selected respectively. The optimal prediction model was used to predict the country. Two medical reference values for the 2322 regions in the range, and the appropriate method is selected for interpolation. Finally, the relationship between geographical environmental factors and cardiac troponin I and serum bilirubin reference values was investigated by mechanism analysis.Using statistical methods to explore the relationship between two medical reference values and geographical environmental factors, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results show that the measured values of the two medical reference values have strong spatial autocorrelation and are not independent and randomly distributed.(2)The reference value of cardiac troponin I in Chinese healthy adults was significantly correlated with 7 geographical indicators;the reference level of serum bilirubin in Chinese healthy adults was significantly correlated with 10 geographical indicators. Both medical indicators showed significant correlation with geographical factors such as altitude.(3)Three prediction models were established for the reference values of the two medical indicators, and the model was selected by calculating the root mean square error, and finally the prediction model was determined as the ridge regression model.(4)The reference value of cardiac troponin I and the reference value of serum bilirubin in healthy adults showed a trend of decreasing from northwest to southeast. The two areas with high medical reference values are mainly concentrated in the northwestern part of China such as Tibet and Xinjiang. The two areas with lower medical reference values are mainly concentrated in the eastern and southeastern parts of China such as Guangdong,Jiangsu,Fujian,etc.Ground.This paper takes Chinese healthy adults as the research object, analyzes the relationship between cardiac troponin I reference value and human serum bilirubin reference value and geographical environment factors, and obtains two medical reference values and elevation, latitude and longitude and other geographical environment. The degree of relevance of the factors.By establishing a variety of predictive models, the two reference values of medical indicators are predicted, the spatial distribution map is obtained and the geographical distribution law is analyzed, and finally the mechanism and reason for the influence of the two medical reference values are analyzed and explained. |
