Schistosomiasis, also known as big belly disease,is a kind of serious parasitic disease that seriously threatens the health of people in the epidemic area.It also seriously influences the economic and social development of the epidemic area.Oncomelania is the unique intermediate host of Schistosoma.Studying the environmental conditions of the snail breeding and finding out the erlated environmental factors have very important effect and social value for eliminating the snail. After the field survey,we selected a marshland(310 m × 350 m in size)as the study area, and fixed the 1085 sampling points in the study area.Systematic sampling survey of the snail count number, plant species coverage & height, soil temperature, humidity, electrical conductivity, elevation was carried out in the Chayegang marshland near Henghu farm of Xinjian Country in the Poyang Lake region.Ten established GIS layers were selected as the snail-breeding inductive environmental factors.GIS spatial analysis,Geodetector method and Rough Sets method were used to study the snails' relationship with the ten environmental factors. The results show:Through the statistical Geodetector model analysis, results shows that the risk factor detector and the ecological detector,Triarrhena coverage,Triarrhena height,Carex coverage, soil temperature and soil conductivity, soil moisture, elevation factor has great impact on the distribution of Oncomelania snails in space, and can be used as the indicators of environment factors;the risk area detector and the interaction detector for statistical analysis, the results show that the risk detector Triarrhena coverage is high(16%-60%),soil temperature between 16.06?-19.16?,Triarrhena 80cm-157 cm in height, coverage of Carex 16%-32%,soil moisture in 0.18-0.33%(m3/m3),soil conductivity between 0.02 mS/cm-0.09 mS/cm in height 13.99m-15.86 m,In favor of the breeding of Oncomelania hupensis. The interaction detector results show that all environmental indication factors belong to nonlinear enhancement and double factor enhancement. It is proved that the interaction between multiple environmental factors affects the spatial distribution of snails.Research by rough sets method shows that: The factors of Elevation, soil moisture, vegetation factor, soil conductivity and soil temperature control the spatial distribution of the number of snails. In a certain range, soil temperature at 16.06 ?-19.16 ? range, more suitable for snail breeding;Triarrhena abundance of large(4818 cm3-8029 cm3)region is suitable for snail breeding;Carex abundance moderate(2906 cm3-4358 cm3),is more suitable for snail breeding; In low conductivity area, there are more snails;at a relatively high elevation region, more suitable for Oncomelania;soil moisture is relatively small(0.28-0.33(%(m3/m3))the area is suitable for snail breeding.Using the sample data to test the reduction rule table, the results show that all the verification results are above 80%,which proves the accuracy of rough set to predict the snail spatial distribution by geographical environment factors. These two methods of geodetector model and rough set theory maintained high consistency in the analysis results of various geographic environmental factors, thus these two methods could be successfully employed in analyzing the breeding conditions of Oncomelania snails.
