The Fenhe is the second largest tributary of the Yellow River and the largest river in Shanxi Province.It originated in Ningwu County,Shanxi Province.It has a total length of 716 km and flows through 6 cities and 29counties(cities,districts)in Shanxi Province.It is 39,741 km~2,which is a quarter of the total area of the province.It is of great significance to the economic development of Shanxi along the Fenhe and the improvement of residents quality of life.It is known as the"Mother River"of Shanxi Province.This project is the first to use Illumina Mi Seq technology to conduct a preliminary study on the community structure and diversity of planktonic bacteria in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan,and conduct RDA analysis with environmental factors to draw the following conclusions:(1)Completed the detection of environmental factors in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan.There are certain differences in the content of environmental factors at each sampling point in each quarter.Through the correlation analysis show,there is no significant difference between the environmental factors in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan,and there is a certain correlation.(2)Bioinformatics statistics and OTU annotations for OTU at a similar level of 97%show that at the phylum level,the dominant species in spring is Proteobacteria(29.12%-40.63%),and the dominant species in summer is Proteobacteria(71.82%-47.16%),the dominant species in autumn is Firmicutes(61.11%-16.02%),and the dominant species in winter is Proteobacteria(19.60%-8.61%).Genus level the dominant species in last spring was Comamonas(17.83%-0.99%),the dominant species in summer was Acinetobacter(7.26%-3.62%),and the dominant species in autumn was Staphylococcus(42.47%-34.23%),the dominant species in winter is Flavobacterium(9.41%-1.70%,4.95%).From the dominant bacteria phyla of each sampling point,we know that the dominant bacteria phylum in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan has not changed much.(3)Through the Alpha diversity analysis of the planktonic bacterial community structure in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan,the research results show that the diversity of S1-S6 sampling points in spring is S2>S4>S5>S3>S1>S6,and the diversity of S1-S6 sampling points in summer is S1>S2>S4>S6>S3>S5,the diversity of sampling points S1-S6 in autumn is S3>S1>S5>S2>S6>S4,the diversity of sampling points S1-S6 in winter is S1>S2>S5>S4>S3>S6.The UPGMA cluster analysis show that there are certain differences in the similarity of bacterial community structure at different sampling points in different seasons.(4)The analysis of the correlation between bacterial communities and environmental factors in Fenhe scenic area of Taiyuan shows that environmental factors in different seasons have different effects on the structure of plankton bacterial communities.Nitrate,nitrite,DOC and p H are the main factors affecting the plankton bacterial community in spring.Nitric acid salt,nitrite,phosphate and WT are the key factors affecting the structure of plankton bacterial community in summer.Nitrate,nitrite,phosphate and DOC are the key factors affecting the structure of planktonic bacterial community in autumn.DOC,nitrate,phosphate,PH and WT are the key factors affecting the structure of planktonic bacterial community in winter.
