Typhoon-flood disasters are an important interference factor affecting the socioeconomic development of coastal cities.Chinese long and tortuous coastline and numerous coastal cities are deeply affected by typhoon-flood disasters.Frequent natural disasters have severely restricted the stable development of urban society and economy, and at the same time pose a serious threat to people's lives and property.Remote sensing technology provides strong technical support for typhoon-flood disaster emergency response. However, the current disaster prevention and mitigation business system and remote sensing monitoring and analysis capabilities have not yet been deeply coupled,in terms of disaster emergency handling mode, data resource planning and organization, and dynamic service system architecture. There are challenges. In response to the above-mentioned challenges, this article takes Hainan Province, the hardest hit area in southern my country,as the research area, focuses on the emergency response service process model, and designs and implements a typhoonflood disaster remote sensing auxiliary decision-making system.Based on the temporal and spatial distribution and dynamic evolution characteristics of typhoon-flood disasters, this research focuses on the key elements and regions of the national emergency department's disaster prevention, mitigation and relief. The emergency response service process model is the core, combined with multisource disaster data dynamic aggregation and access methods and Disaster elements are efficiently integrated with visualization principles to provide emergency decisionmakers with typhoon-flood disaster remote sensing auxiliary decision-making services. The emergency response service process model focuses on the overall model design,event-driven disaster model service collaboration methods, and disaster workflow engine design methods to ensure the efficient flow of data between users and services;dynamic aggregation and access of multi-source disaster data including data Collection and sorting, data preprocessing, data access and invocation ensure the on-demand aggregation of multi-source disaster data;the efficient integration and visualization of disaster elements takes Web technology as the core to realize the construction and query of disaster elements, and provide visual optimization solutions to improve Assist decision-making efficiency. Finally, based on the overall system architecture and functional modules, the typhoon-flood disaster remote sensing auxiliary decision-making system is designed and implemented. The system provides functions such as on-demand acquisition of disaster emergency resources, online analysis, dynamic thematic mapping and evaluation report generation, and emergency management in Hainan Province The relevant business departments of the Department have carried out practical applications. This article uses three actual typhoon cases to analyze and evaluate the usability of the system. The system has effectively improved the automation level and evaluation efficiency of emergency monitoring services for typhoon and flood disasters, and provided technical support for my country's regional remote sensing emergency and comprehensive disaster reduction.
