In order to improve the flexibility of urban sea area geographic data management and enhance the depth of spatial analysis within the sea area,after comprehensively researching many types of Web GIS system design,architecture design,and development technology,this paper designs and implements the sea area in a modular manner.Management analysis platform.The research area is mainly the coastal area of Dalian,and the research data is Dalian's reclamation,coastline,ports,shipping lanes,and offshore POIs.The platform mainly includes: offshore POI management module,offshore waterway management module,reclamation area management module,sea area 3D modeling,marine emergency warning module.The offshore POI module mainly manages the points of interest in the offshore area,including basic attribute information display,POI retrieval and picking,and POI spatial range statistics combined with multi-scale grid analysis.The offshore channel management module includes functions such as channel dynamic display,ship simulation channel operation,and real-time analysis.The management of reclamation areas mainly includes functions such as the division management of various types of reclamation areas,regional summary statistics,and area calculation.3D modeling of sea areas is a breakthrough in 3D GIS in the system.This function builds 3D real scene models around sea areas(ports,ferry,etc.)and stores corresponding information,which helps to simulate the planning and construction of coastal areas.Sea area emergency warning will dynamically generate real-time warning information.The platform uses two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage technology at the management level to integrate two-dimensional and three-dimensional map data,which can better help analyze changes in the three-dimensional space of the sea.The sea area modular management platform is based on the technical means of Web GIS as a whole,adopts the mature Java EE framework Spring Boot to build the server program,the database uses Postgre SQL to store geographic data,and the front end mainly uses Open Layers and Cesium to build a two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic data visualization platform.Cooperate with Vue to build public geographic function components for invocation between modules.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Collect and organize relevant data around the sea area of Dalian.Using Web GIS related technology to design and realize the modularized management of the geographic elements of Dalian's offshore area.(2)Innovate at the spatial analysis level,combining multi-scale grid analysis with spatial scope statistical functions,and calculating the POI balance and density within the defined scope.The analysis depth is greatly improved,and the analysis results are visualized.(3)The platform monitors and manages the surrounding dynamics of the sea area through two-and three-dimensional linkage technology.And realized new Web GIS technologies such as dynamic modeling technology.This platform makes management categories clearer through modular management methods and improves the flexibility of sea area data management;innovative statistical analysis algorithms can provide in-depth and comprehensive analysis results;the two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage method can be more intuitive and three-dimensional Display and manage geographic information in the coastal waters of Dalian.
