| With the development of science and technology,big data plays an important role in the field of geology.Geological hazard risk assessment data sources are extensive,the structure is complex,and has obvious big data characteristics.Geological hazard risk assessment under the big data method is of great value.Based on big data related technologies,taking geological hazard risk assessment as the object,GIS is used as the platform to discuss the acquisition,cleaning,and storage of geological data,analyze the selection and classification of geological hazard risk assessment factors,and construct a geological disaster risk assessment.The data-based geological disaster risk assessment system uses geological disasters in Zhouqu County for risk assessment.The main results of the research are as follows.(1)systematically explain the collection methods and strategies of different types of geological data.For the second-hand data that is mainly electronic and paper data,key information can be collected through big data technology,such as Python,to achieve information crawling and graphic recognition;for the original data that cannot be collected but is needed for research,through field test,which could be supplemented.(2)Proposed solutions to geological anomaly data.The particularity of geological data in time and space is discussed,and the cleaning methods for missing data,data noise and inconsistent data are given.Use Python as a means to process geological abnormal data.Use prediction and interpolation to solve the problem of missing data;use normal distribution to eliminate noise;use the Python library to format the data.(3)Based on the data structure and database type of the geological data,the storage characteristics of the geological database are analyzed,and the logical framework of the basic geological database for geological disaster risk assessment is established.(4)based on geological big data,Constructe a geological disaster risk assessment system.Starting from the natural environment and human activities,discuss the impact of geological hazard risk factors on the geological environment,determine the grading of the geological hazard influencing factors,and use analytic hierarchy process to process the weight distribution among factors.Establish a geological disaster risk factor database to store data,and establish a risk evaluation model based on related theories.(5)Apply the system to Zhouqu geological disaster risk assessment.For the Zhouqu geological environment,select important geological factors,establish a risk assessment model through the geological big data disaster risk assessment system,and verify the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the geological disaster risk assessment system based on big geological data with historical disaster data Achieved very good results. |
