Research On The Impact Of Climate Disaster On The Planting Structure Adjustment In Zhangye City

Climate change has attracted the attention of countries all over the world.Due to the sensitivity of the planting industry to climate change,it has become the industry most directly affected by climate change and the most serious losses.The sustainable and stable development of the agricultural economy requires people to consciously protect the ecology and slow down the process of climate change,on the other hand,they need to take strong measures to actively respond to climate change.The adjustment of planting structure is the basic measure for mankind to adapt to climate change.The Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province is an important food production area in Northwest China.An in-depth discussion of the impact of climate change on the adjustment of planting structure in the region can provide a strong theoretical basis for the relevant agricultural departments to respond to climate change measures,and it can also be targeted for drought.It provides references when formulating climate change strategies with semi-arid regions to ensure the stability of crop yields.This is of far-reaching significance for maintaining national food security and ensuring the smooth operation of my country's economy.As far as Zhangye City is concerned,it is not only the impact of climate change such as temperature that affects the crop planting structure,but also the impact of meteorological disasters such as drought.Therefore,the article focuses on the research on the impact of climate disasters on the adjustment of planting industry structure in Zhangye City.Crop output is the basis for the adjustment of planting structure.The article takes output as the starting point and focuses on the analysis of the impact of climate disasters on the adjustment of planting industry structure caused by changes in output.This article mainly selects the annual average temperature,annual sunshine hours,annual precipitation,drought-affected area,and other disaster-stricken areas that characterize climate catastrophe factors.Wheat,corn,cotton,oil crops,and vegetables and fruits are selected as the research objects.From the macro perspective,it analyzed the impact of climatic factors on the adjustment of the planting industry structure in Zhangye City from 1991 to 2019,and the specific aspects of these adjustments in the planting structure adjustment of crops.At the micro level,through interviews with farmers,we understand which climatic factors have affected the adjustment of the farming structure of farmers.The results of the study show:(1)The climatic factor that is beneficial to the adjustment of the planting industry structure in Zhangye City is the annual average temperature,and meteorological disasters have an adverse effect on it.(2)Under the current climatic conditions in Zhangye City,the crops with increased planting ratio are fruits,the crops suitable for planting are vegetables,and the crop with the weakest adaptability is wheat.(3)The adjustment of the planting structure of farmers in Zhangye City is mainly to change the crop planting area.The main climatic factors affecting the adjustment of the structure are the occurrence of meteorological disasters and changes in precipitation perceived by the farmers.Based on the above research,the following policy recommendations are conducive to the adjustment of the planting industry structure in Zhangye and the farmers' active response to climate change:(1)Reasonably arrange crop planting structure and scientifically plan crop production layout.(2)Steadily promote the construction of planting production facilities,and gradually realize the popularization of mechanization and intelligent technology.(3)Increase the preference of targeted policies to benefit farmers,and guide farmers to spontaneously change production methods.(4)Change farmers' production concepts and attract high-quality talents to return to their hometowns for employment.
