Due to the huge investment in sponge city construction,it is particularly important to study the long-term performance monitoring and evaluation methods.Based on the Huiming Road project in Shijiazhuang City,this paper takes the typical sponge urban road structure of the planting green belt as the research object,and studies the monitoring system of the structure's permeability,slowing down the urban heat island effect and reducing the haze performance.The specific studies and conclusions were as follows:(1)A method for testing the permeability coefficient of the soil-green belt in the sponge city and an in-situ testing device for the soil-green belt permeability performance were proposed.The method and the device can be used to test the real-time permeability of the green belt of the planting soil.(2)A full-scale model test of the soil-green belt structure permeability coefficient test was carried out in the laboratory,and the principle was the same as the on-site test device.Through the indoor model test,it is verified that the results obtained by the field test method of the planting soil green belt permeability coefficient are consistent with the actual measurement results.Therefore,the method of field-testing the permeability coefficient of the planting soil-green belt proposed in this paper is feasible.(3)Construct a PLC-based wired monitoring system,first select the hardware facilities and hardware connections according to the monitoring indicators,then use the Botu software to develop the data reading module,and finally,the monitoring data,changing trends,alarm records are viewed in real time on the simulation touch screen.Build wireless monitoring system based on wireless transmission module.(4)Using the wired and wireless monitoring system of this paper,it can monitor the permeability of the planting greenbelt,slow down the heat island effect and reduce the haze performance in real time,and provide assistance for the long-term performance evaluation of the planting soil-green belt project.
