Research On Anti-competitive Intelligence Mechanism Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Crisis Life Cycle

In the context of the rapid development of Internet technology,the accompanying improvement in technology and the value of data and information have led to an increase in the frequency of information theft incidents,and many high-tech companies have suffered greatly.Due to the uncertain time of information leakage and fermentation,some of the harm of information leakage will have lag and evolution effects,and the harm to high-tech enterprises and society will be immeasurable.It is obvious that the implementation of anti-competitive intelligence can indeed better protect the internal information of the enterprise,but anti-competitive intelligence emphasizes the management of the existence of risks,rather than completely avoiding the occurrence of risks,so there must be management strategies to reduce the occurrence of risks.There must also be a processing mode that can be quickly responded to when risks occur,that is,the fact that risks will occur cannot be ignored.In order to reduce the loss of information leakage of high-tech enterprises,this study applies anti-competitive intelligence to the crisis management work based on the life cycle of information leakage crisis of high-tech enterprises.Due to the characteristics and work content of anti-competitive intelligence,this method can be fast and efficient responding to the information leakage crisis and reducing losses has important theoretical and practical significance for anti-competitive intelligence of high-tech enterprises.This article first analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of anticompetitive intelligence from multiple perspectives,reviews and prospects,and then introduces the theoretical basis of anti-competitive intelligence,competitive intelligence,crisis life cycle and crisis management,and analyzes high-tech enterprises the security requirements of anti-competitive intelligence and the role of anticompetitive intelligence in high-tech enterprises include the information leakage channels and information leakage hazards of high-tech enterprises,as well as the characteristics of anti-competitive intelligence and the work content of anti-competitive intelligence.The intelligence and crisis life cycles are compared in terms of functions,processes,and goals respectively,highlighting that anti-competitive intelligence and crisis life cycles have a high degree of compatibility in these three aspects.Then,establish a high-tech enterprise anti-competitive intelligence framework model based on the crisis life cycle,and combine the anti-competitive intelligence mechanism and crisis management mechanism to elaborate on the work content of the crisis incubation period,crisis outbreak period,crisis proliferation period and crisis recovery period.Then,by using evolutionary game theory to construct a tripartite game model for hightech enterprises,information stealers and governments,and by copying dynamic equations to find evolutionary stable strategies in the context of different strategy choices,using Multi-Agent modeling methods to establish simulation models,Netlogo platform simulation and analysis of the simulation results are also a test of the solution results of the evolutionary game model.Finally,the calculation results of the two models are combined to propose corresponding management strategies,including improving the internal management mechanism of high-tech enterprises,strengthening the training of anti-competitive intelligence talents,establishing anti-competitive intelligence knowledge bases for high-tech enterprises,and creating an emphasis on anti-competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence increase government support and investment,strengthen government supervision awareness,improve the punishment mechanism for information stealers,and strengthen cooperation between the government,enterprises,and research institutions.This paper aims to illustrate the feasibility of applying anti-competitive intelligence to the crisis management of the information leakage crisis life cycle of high-tech enterprises through the construction and simulation of the anti-competitive intelligence model and evolutionary game model of high-tech enterprises based on the crisis life cycle.It can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for high-tech enterprises to deal with information leakage crisis and reduce the loss of information leakage,it has a positive effect on promoting the development of my country's anticompetitive intelligence and reducing the loss of information leakage crisis of hightech enterprises.
