In the context of global warming, carbon dioxide emissions have attracted widespread attention from countries all over the world. As a pillar industry of my country's rapidly developing economy, the construction industry has become the focus of my country's energy conservation and emission reduction due to its large carbon emissions and high emission intensity.Reducing carbon emissions from the construction industry and developing green buildings are of great significance to the realization of sustainable economic, ecological and social development. In this context, this paper first builds a carbon emission intensity calculation model for the construction industry based on the carbon emission coefficient method proposed by the IPCC,and calculates the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in30 provinces in China from 2000 to 2017,using linear trend estimation and standard deviation ellipses, etc.Method to analyze the temporal and spatial differences of carbon emission intensity of my country's construction industry;then use the Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC)and the decoupling model to explore the relationship between the construction industry's carbon emissions and the economy;finally, use the temporal and spatial geographic weighted regression model(GTWR)to analyze the building The temporal and spatial differences of different influencing factors of industrial carbon emission intensity.Research shows that:(1)The carbon emission intensity of my country's construction industry has shown a downward trend as a whole, and the intensity gap between provinces has gradually narrowed. The carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in the eastern and central regions shows a downward trend, while the downward trend in the western region is not obvious.(2)The standard deviation ellipse of carbon emission intensity of the construction industry first evolved from a northeast-southwest spatial distribution pattern to a northwest-southeast distribution pattern, and then a northeast-southwest pattern.(3)The EKC curve of my country's construction industry per capita carbon emissions and construction industry per capita output value is an inverted "N" shape, and has reached the second inflection point of the curve. The EKC curve in the eastern and central regions is an inverted "N" shape, and the curve in the western region is an inverted "U" shape.(4)Labor input and labor efficiency have a negative inhibitory effect on the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in each province during the study period. The urbanization rate and industrial scale have both a positive and negative inhibitory effect on the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in each province.Energy intensity and building material consumption intensity have shown positive effects on the carbon emission intensity of the construction industry in all provinces during the study period.
