Multiple-source Induced Information Aggregation Model And Its Application In Innovation Ability Measurement

With the development of the times,the problem of comprehensive evaluation has a more complex application background,which is manifested in the complex data form and the complex psychological behavior of the evaluation subjects.Based on the analysis of the complex application background of the current comprehensive evaluation problem,this paper proposes two comprehensive evaluation methods according to the characteristics of the complex data form of the comprehensive evaluation problem and the complex psychological behavior of the evaluation subject.Combining with the professional background,this paper uses two evaluation methods to study the problem of regional innovation measurement at the application level.The main work is as follows:(1)A method of consistency processing for mixed data is proposed.This paper divides the data into quantitative data and qualitative data.For qualitative data,this paper proposes two new non-linear dimensionless methods based on previous research and considering the growth rate of indicators.(2)The information aggregation method of stochastic simulation is improved.The improved stochastic simulation method measures the gap between two objects by setting an induced increment according to the discrete degree of data distribution under each index,and then obtains the probability that one is better than the other and that the other is stronger than the other,which not only reflects "whether" but also "how much" and provides more abundant information.(3)Solving the comprehensive evaluation problem considering the evaluation subject's psychological behavior.Firstly,on the basis of prospect theory,this paper analyses and evaluates the psychological behavior of the demanders,such as reference dependence,loss avoidance and effect determination.Secondly,the evaluation model is constructed,and the induced variable is used to describe the evaluation subject's attitude toward risk,which is introduced into the aggregation model,so that the appraiser's psychological behavior is reflected in the evaluation results.(4)Research on the measurement of regional innovation in China.Selecting the appropriate sample data,using the classical comprehensive evaluation method and the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in the first two parts to measure the regional innovation ability,this paper analyzes the development status of regional innovation ability in China,and proves the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
