The impact of rapid urbanization and other large-scale human activities directly split the integrity and connectivity of species habitat,and the construction of biodiversity conservation network has become an important way to eliminate habitat fragmentation.Ecological network can effectively protect the function of ecological environment,so that the material and energy of the ecosystem in the whole region can achieve a good cycle.Southern Hunan has a superior geographical location,Nanling Mountains present a cascade transition,rich in biodiversity.Therefore,the effective and reasonable construction of biodiversity protection corridor in southern Hunan is of great significance to the protection of biodiversity and the promotion of sustainable development in southern Hunan.This paper takes southern Hunan as the research object,uses envi5.3and other remote sensing interpretation software to classify the landscape according to the land use types,and establishes the landscape type database of southern Hunan.Then,six species of wild mammals were selected and MaxEnt model was used to evaluate the habitat adaptability of wild mammals.On this basis,the biodiversity hot spot area was determined,that is,the habitat concentrated distribution area of six key protected mammals,whose regional biodiversity is irreplaceable.Considering the effects of landscape types,different slopes and human activities on the migration of key protected mammals,the biodiversity protection corridor in southern Hunan was constructed based on the minimum resistance model(MCR),and the landscape composition structure was analyzed.The ecological nodes and break points in the biodiversity protection network in southern Hunan were identified.Finally,the"three cores,two horizons and five links"were constructed Based on landscape science,ecology and other disciplines,landscape ecological corridor design is carried out for key ecological corridors in biodiversity protection network.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the relevant standards,six key protected mammals,including clouded leopard,leopard and golden cat,were selected and evaluated.The suitable habitat areas of clouded leopard,leopard,golden cat,black bear,Sumen antelope and water deer are 460.11km~2,209.14km~2,167.31km~2,167.32km~2,962.06km~2and 158.32km~2respectively.They are mainly distributed in the middle and high altitude mountain forests at the junction of Yizhang,Zixing,Guidong,Rucheng,Linwu,Guiyang,Qiyang,Shuangpai,Yongxing,Lingling(District),Dong'an,Dao and Jiangyong counties.(2)According to the assessment results of biodiversity hotspots in southern Hunan and the size of habitat patches,18 important ecological sources were selected,including Mangshan National Nature Reserve,Bamianshan National Nature Reserve,Suxianling scenic spot,Jiuyi mountain scenic spot,Yangmingshan scenic spot and Shunhuangshan National Forest Park It is 1958.61km~2.(3)Based on the biodiversity hotspots in southern Hunan,the ecological sources of multiple species were determined,68 potential corridors were simulated with the minimum cost distance model,and redundant duplicate corridors were removed to obtain 42 potential ecological corridors of ecological sources.(4)According to the potential biodiversity corridor and the actual situation of southern Hunan,the ecological network structure of"three cores,two horizons and five verticals"is planned,and three optimization measures are put forward:protecting the core ecological source,accelerating the restoration of ecological fracture points,and building"ecological strategic points".(5)Selecting multiple nodes in a biodiversity conservation corridor,designing culvert design,corridor design,plant configuration,etc.as examples,discusses the comprehensive analysis of landscape design in the construction of ecological corridors from multiple disciplines such as ecology and landscape design.Significance to provide reference for the construction of ecological corridors in southern Hunan.
