Research On Ecological Governance Of The Hexi Corridor From The Perspective Of Ecological Community

Ecological crisis is inseparable from the human's strong desire and their brutal attitudes.Essentially,it declares the dissimilation between human and nature,which represents people rebelled against the beauty of human nature and make originally harmonious relation between people and land fractured.At the end,man and nature will be led to lose their freedom.Based on the appearance of ecological crisis,ecological community put human and the nature in a mutual life community from an organic perspective.Thus,human's pride and vanity above nature will be dispelled and the human nature of beauty will be returned to reach the harmony of the world.Ecological community has a solid theory foundation.Marx's human and nature harmonious thought provides the theoretical source,organic philosophy of region of China.The reason for this name is because it locates the west of the Yellow River and the terrain is extremely like a corridor.The Hexi Corridor is in the hinterland of Northwest far from oceans,so it belongs to a typical arid area and water resources are extremely poor.Fortunately,QiLian Mountains,the south part of the Corridor,gave birth to three continental rivers,the ShiYang river,HeiHe river and ShuLe river.Thanks to the eutrophication of these continental rivers,the Hexi Corridor is distributed oasis of different sizes.For thousands of years,human beings relied on the oasis and thrived,therefore it's also known as the oasis corridor.The location characteristics of Hexi Corridor proves that this area has an important geopolitical status not only for ensuring the safety of the western frontier,but also an important transportation hub of the ancient Silk Road bearing the vital mission of mutual prosperity and common prosperity between eastern and western civilizations.Now,China puts forward the great strategy of implementing the "Silk Road Economic Belt",which is conducive to highlighting the link or bridge role of the Hexi Corridor in the integration of eastern and western civilization,therefore,a good opportunity is provided for the ecological governance of the Hexi Corridor in the new era.In the period of pre Qin,human activity of the Hexi Corridor is still in the scope of the ecological carrying capacity and relationship between man and nature is harmonious in general,.but with three large-scale developments and utilization by Han Dynasty,Sui and Tang Dynasties and the Ming and Qing Dynasties,relations between human and nature experienced a relatively stable period,buffer period and confrontation period.In the historical period,the disappearance of the lake of the inland river,the erosion of the vegetation and the desertification of the cultivated land have already confirmed that the harmonious relationship between the people and the nature has been difficult to overcome.Now,the scarcity of water resources,the growing sandy desertification process and such kind of ecological problems clearly demonstrate the relationship between people and nature is still hard to deal with,which severely restricts the social and economic sustainable development in Hexi Corridor.The urgent situation of ecological crisis means ecological governance is imperative.But in reality,ecological management of Hexi Corridor exists many problems,such as ecological governance failure due to the government's leading,the
