The social and economic activities of human beings with high strength are serious threat to the ecological environment,which cause a series of ecological problems in ecological fragile areas,such as the decrease of biodiversity,and break the ecological security.Therefore,the government established the strategy of ecological civilization and put forward relevant policies.Landscape ecological planning represented by ecological security pattern becomes more and more important under the background of that the study on the biodiversity protection turns from protecting focal species to protecting habitat ecosystem.Regional scale is the suitable spatial context where maintaining the ecological security of the super metropolis and urban agglomeration should be discussed.However,the existing research lacks the comprehensive understanding of biodiversity impact factors in regional scale and ignores the fact that the ecological security plays an important role in biodiversity protection,which highlights the necessary of integrating ecological assessment and ecological security pattern construction.This research focuses on the problem that how to construct a more scientific and accurate ecological security pattern which can effectively promote the biodiversity protection.Above all,demonstrate the intensional logic,which is that biodiversity protection is the core focus,ecological security is the ultimate goal,ecological security assessment is the assessment method of biodiversity security,ecological security pattern construction is the biodiversity protection planning method.Furthermore,on the basis of demonstrating the meaning of integration,main integration points and method system,integrating the ecological security assessment,which mainly gains support from "DPSIR"("Driving Force","Pressure","State","Impact","Response"),with ecological security pattern construction,which is based on "LM"("Linkage Mapper"),to form the "DPSIR-LM" model.Finally,taking the land area of Guangzhou as an example and focusing on biodiversity protection,this research carries out ecological security assessment and ecological security pattern construction.This research is based on the "DPSIR-LM" model,carrying out ecological security assessment and obtaining ecological security index by a indicator system which includes 5 factors and 22 indices,namely "DPSIR" method.Furthermore,choose the ecological security index as environment dynamic factor and load it into the steps of pattern construction,namely integration process.Finally,utilize habitat methodology to select the "source" by 4 factors;update the landscape resistance assessment,calculate corridor with "LM",determine the buffer area and the step stone patch.This research ultimately structured and optimized Guangzhou's biodiversity protection ecological security pattern in land area.The "DPSIR-LM" model strengthens the assessment of the positive and negative factors' influence to biodiversity,quantifies characterization of internal diversity in regional scale which makes the pattern construction more scientific and accurate through resource selection,resistance assessment and result optimization and also promotes the method of biodiversity security pattern construction more perfect.The model also updates "DPSIR",which make the biodiversity ecological security assessment research more reasonable quantitative,and introduces "LM" method to enhance the ability of data processing and graphic expression.The "DPSIR-LM" model fills the lack of quantitative assessment and accurate planning of China's ecological planning researches in regional scale and provides a reference to integrate ecological assessment and pattern construction,hoping to enrich the theories and methods of ecological planning to maintain the ecological security of super metropolis and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's urbanization process.
