Bast fiber film can be completely degraded, which has the characteristics of water and fertilizer conservation. In this study, the mechanism of water and fertilizer conservation of bastfiber film was studied. Moreover, the rice seed germination, seedling quality and rhizosphere soil microorganism were studied between chitosan oligosaccharide bast fiber film and common bast fiberfilm. It provides a theoretical basis for the further applicationof bastfiberfilm in agricultural production. The full results are as follows:1.Under drought stress, the dry weight of the underground part of rice seedlings in the bastfiberfilm Treatment Group was higher than that ofthe non-film treatment group, and there was no difference among varieties.Compared with ZW(hybrid rice treat without bast fiber seedling film),the dry weight of CY(conventional rice treated with bast fiber film)treated by ZY(hybrid rice treat with bast fiber seedling film)was 7.43%higher,and the dry weight of CY treated by CY was 7.71%higher than that of CW(conventional rice treated without bast fiber film). There was no difference in plant height among different treatments, but the difference in root length was significant.Among them, the longest root of Zy seedling was 7.01 cm,and the longest root of CW was 6.09 cm.Under drought stress, compared with the non-film treatment, the bast fiber film treatment had greater effect on soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline,MDA and root activity. The contents of soluble sugar in ZY and CY seedlings were lower than that of the non-film treatment. The content of soluble protein in ZY was the highest in bastfiber film treatment groups, and the content of soluble protein in CW was the lowest in non-film treatment groups. The content of proline was the highest in both ZW and CW,which was 31.58%higher than that in ZY and 38.7%higher than that in CY,respectively. The content of MDA in CW-treated rice seedlings was the highest, and which was lowestin CY treated rice seedlings. The activity of root system was highest when treated with bastfiberfilm,35.25 UG/(g·H),and the root activity of hybrid rice Y Liangyou 957 with non-film treatment was the lowest.2.After continuous soil leaching, the content of Y hydrolyzed nitrogen was slightly higher in bast fiberfilm treatment group compared with the control. And the content of available phosphorus was also slightly higher in film treatment, but the difference of N and P contents in the soil of lower layer of seedling tray was not significant. It was found that the content of available K in treatment group was significantly different from that in control group through soil leaching test. The content of available K in film treatment was 15.08%higher than that in non-film treatment.3.Compared with the control, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length, radicle vigor index, seedling height, young stem vigor index and seedling biomass of the two treatments were significantly higher.4.There were significant differences in the bacterial community structure of rice seedling rhizosphere soil treated with two kinds of bast fiber film and no film. The abundance of bacterial community in rice seedling rhizosphere soil was significantly reduced by bastfiber film.Compared with C treatment, the abundance of most Genera in rice seedling rhizosphere soil was significantly decreased for Chitosan oligosaccharide bast fiber filmA and common bastfiberfilm B.There was no significant difference in the abundance of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of rice seedlings between the two treatments. There was a correlation between soluble nitrogen of environmental factors and bacterial abundance in rhizosphere soil of rice seedlings.
