The continuation of species needs to be achieved through reproduction, and reproduction is affected to a certain extent by temperature, especially for amphibians and reptiles. In this study, the Liban lizard(Eremias argus)in the Helan Mountain area of Ningxia was used as the experimental object.Based on the room temperature, the breeding and incubation temperature was increased to compare the differences in reproduction of the Liban lizard in the Helan Mountain area at two different temperatures. At the same time,an increase in temperature will cause heat stress in the externally heated animals, which will then change the level of oxidative stress. This study measured the level of oxidative stress in the lizard lizards reared at two different environmental temperatures. The oxidative stress levels of the Liban lizards that were reared purely under the same conditions were compared to explore the relationship between the oxidative stress level and reproduction of the Liban lizards. The lizards collected from the Helan Mountain area in Ningxia were brought back to the laboratory for domestication.Based on room temperature, the breeding temperature and incubation temperature were increased by 3-5?.The adult lizards were raised at the two temperatures until the end of spawning.Incubate the collected Liban Lizard eggs at two temperatures, and calculate the body temperature, nest egg number, initial egg weight, incubation period, hatching rate, and phenotype of Liban Lizard larvae at the two temperatures.Data,in order to explore the impact of temperature increase on the reproduction of Liban lizards in the Helan Mountain area.In order to explore the effect of elevated temperature on the oxidative stress level of the Lizard lizard in the Helan Mountains of Ningxia, this study measured the oxidative stress level of the Lizard lizard in the Helan Mountains of Ningxia raised at different temperatures;in order to explore the wild Liban There is a difference between the adaptability of the Libanis lizard and the artificially reared Lizard Lizard. This study also conducted the same study on the level of oxidative stress in the artificially reared Lizard Lizard. In order to investigate the change of oxidative stress level of eremias argus during hibernation,it was acclimated to low temperature under different temperature, simulated overwintering environment, and then measured its oxidative stress level again? The experimental results are as follows:1.Compared with the control group(normal temperature group),the body temperature of the adult lizards in the warming group increased(P<0.01).the initial egg weight was reduced(P<0.01),and the incubation period was also significantly shortened(P<0.01);2.There is no significant difference between the warming group and the control group in terms of the number of eggs, hatching rate, phenotype of the larvae, and the comparison of the body temperature of adult female and male lizards in the two groups.3.In the warming group, the catalase(CAT)activity in the heart and liver, the total antioxidant capacity of the skeletal muscle(T-AOC),and the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)of the kidney)Activity and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in skeletal muscle were significantly higher than those in the control group;the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in the heart of the warming group was lower than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference in the rest;in some groups There are differences between female and male individuals;4.Compared with the Helan Mountain lizard, the heart catalase(CAT)activity and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of the heart and liver of the artificially bred lizard lizard in the warming group were significantly higher than that of the plus The heart catalase(CAT)activity and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of the skeletal muscle in the control group of Helanshan lizards in the Helanshan area of the Wen group were significantly lower than those of the control group in the Helanshan area. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the skeletal muscle of the artificially bred Lizard lizard in the control group was significantly higher than that in the Helanshan area of the heating group;the others had no signific.ant difference;5.Compared with the Lizard lizard before low-temperature acclimation, the catalase(CAT)activity, total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and plasma in the heart, liver and kidney of Lizard lizard in the warming group after acclimation The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),the heart's total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)level increases, and the liver's total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity decreases, and at both temperatures After domestication in the control group, the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the kidney of the Lizard lizard was reduced;after the domestication of the control group, the catalase(CAT)activity in the liver and kidney of the Lizard lizard, and the total superoxide dismutation of the heart Enzyme(T-SOD)activity increased, heart catalase(CAT)activity, and skeletal muscle malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased. The above results indicate the changes of the oxidative stress level of the Lizard lizard in the Helan Mountains area under heating conditions.Based on the existing knowledge and the research content of this experiment,it is speculated that the temperature may affect the oxidative stress of the Lizard lizard in the Helan Mountain area. The level of excitement, which in turn has an impact on reproduction.
