Research On Technologies?Policy And Industrialization Of New Type Sea Sand Desalination

In China,the fast development of infrastructure construction and urbanization process leads to break the balance of the supply and demand and soar the market price for river sand,rampantly excavate sand Illegally and abuse the sea sang for a time.As a result,the ecological environment and the business environment are serious harm.As one of the substitute resources of river sand,sea sand with abundant reserves will affect the durability and strength of concrete structures due to the excessive chloride ions and shells,which need to be desalinated for the standard of construction sand.Many desalination enterprises have emerged in coastal provinces,however,most of the enterprises in this industry are individual or private enterprises.The industrial chain links of sea sand of excavation,transportation,desalination,and sales are relatively scattered,with the feature of small,miscellaneous and disorderly,leading to the non-compliance of the finished sand quality and behind water discharge.Thus,it is necessary to study the technology,policy,and standard of sea sand desalination and promote it by product industrialization,which is significant to alleviate the shortage of coastal sand and steadily develop the construction market.This paper selects the sea sand desalination project in Nanshan port of Sanya as the research object,combined with the traditional sea sand desalination technology and its application,analyzes the working principle and process equipment of the new type sea sand desalination package technology,periodically test the content variety of chloride ion in the finished sand.Aimed at the teasing and studying and judging the existing policies and standards for the sea sand desalination,analyze the feasibility and significance of industrial layout and extension of sea sand desalination in the view of the raw material supply,market demand and business model.The research results are mainly the following:(1)Due to its shortage,the river sand can be replaced by the sea sand with rich reserves.Only the content of harmful substances in sea sand,especially the content of chloride ions and shells,is decreased,in order to make its quality comply with the requirements of national standards.(2)The complete key technology of new sea sand desalination can be effective to thoroughly remove the chloride ion content in sea sand.Through the long-term detection of chloride ion content,the quality of sea sand desalination meets the national standard requirements of Class I sand in the "Sand for construction(GB/T14684-2011)",and the tailwater discharge meets the standard of Class I A in the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant"(GB 18918-2002).(3)The relevant encouragement and support policies of sea sand desalination,and combination of the demonstration effect of new type sea sand desalination complete technology and production line equipment in Nanshan port,Sanya will effectively promote the layout and extension of industrial of sea sand desalination in coastal areas,support the government to stabilize the sand price,and guarantee the sound and steady development of the construction market.
