Ocean energy is abundant so that it can be used to alleviate the current energy crisis,it is significant to construct a society of energy saving,environmental protection and sustainable development.Although wave energy is a kind of unstable ocean energy,the distribution is very wide and the development is rapid.It's widely used in the field of power generation,on the other hand,the research about the use of seawater desalination based on wave energy is more and more concerned.China has a vast sea area,and lacks of fresh water resources at the same time.Using wave energy for seawater desalination can not only meet the need of some island residents' demand for fresh water,but also change the traditional ways of desalination which is driven by oil or electricity,The research of wave energy seawater desalination technology can save energy and reduce the pollution to the environment.In this paper,the array-raft wave energy seawater desalination system was designed,which mainly includes the capture subsystem of wave energy,the hydraulic transfer subsystem of,and the reverse osmosis desalination subsystem.Theoretical calculation and simulation analysis was used to research the system,then we can determine the feasibility of the whole system.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and development of wave energy seawater desalination at home and abroad.This paper analyzed and compared the application of the technology of seawater desalination with thermal separation and membrane separation,and selected the reverse osmosis membrane desalination method which is suitable for this system and analyzed its principle and technical features.Secondly,we designed the wave energy collection device to capture the wave energy,determined the scheme of the wave energy seawater desalination system and the components involved in the system.We established 3D model of wave energy collection device by 3D software —Solidworks,and analyzed the operation mechanism of each part.Then,we used AQWA to establish the dynamic model r wave energy collection device and make a simulation of it,according to the simulation results,we can optimize the whole structure of float laying mode and platform angle,and the efficiency of wave energy collection can be improved.Finally,we made a theoretical calculation and selection for the components and equipment involved in the hydraulic energy transfer subsystem,according to components' model,we can establish the hydraulic system model and simulation system by AMESim simulation software,simulated system operation process and analyzed the variation of the internal parameters,according to the simulation results,we can adjust and optimize hydraulic system structure,improve the conversion efficiency of wave energy and fresh water production.
