Make full use of sea water is the optimal way to address the paucity of freshwaterresources, nearly10years of development has witnessed seawater utilization technologymature and stable, and in the way of the utilization of seawater, the most attention to theproblem is the desalination.In this paper, based on the existing research, comprehensive use of ecological ethicstheory, to deep explicate the utilization of seawater, especially for the inner mechanism andevolution of seawater desalination and seawater desalination industrialization, also to analysisthe techniques and methods of seawater desalination and its by-products. This paper presentsthe innovation path to accelerate the industrialization process of seawater desalination fromthe point of view of sustainable development, and have made a lot of solid preliminaryresearch work, make a reasonable design of the scheme, the maneuverability is strong, clearpath.
