For the total amount of biological genes in the era of cloud computing,how to analyze and store the bioinformatics gene data is facing great problems.The previous information gene data storage scheme can not retrieve and query the gene data of individuals in ciphertext state.The combination of computer and biology,through the use of computer's efficient computing ability,to build a variety of encryption models for the problem,to study the safe storage scheme of biological data storage.In order to support and help the research of biological data science,it is very important to improve the encryption scheme and retrieval scheme of biological data.Because the previous scheme did not introduce the method of ciphertext processing in the storage of biological data,in a relatively large scale of data,if the traditional encryption method is used to encrypt,the retrieval of biological data needs to decrypt the ciphertext of biological data and then retrieve,which brings a certain security risk.In order to solve these problems,we need to consider how to calculate the ciphertext state of biological data in the storage of biological data,and how to use the retrieval rules to efficiently retrieve the ciphertext state of biological data fragments.In order to solve the above problems,the research work of this paper is mainly three.Firstly,in view of the characteristics of biological gene data,such as many repeated fragments,limited value range and long sequence fragments,the text homomorphic encryption scheme based on integer is proposed by comparing the characteristics of various homomorphic encryption schemes,and the biological data encryption library is established by homomorphic encryption of biological data set.The next step is to propose a scheme to retrieve the ciphertext of biological data using regular expression retrieval method for biological data with homomorphic encryption,and determine the complexity of the scheme in a large number of biological data experiments.The second work is on the basis of the first two works,aiming at the problem that the response of traditional biological server system does not take into account the similarity degree of users' retrieval requests,this paper proposes a research scheme that supports the analysis of users' retrieval statements and provides cache retrieval function.The final work is to design the security access system of biological data based on the above scheme,and complete the work of system development.The system can calculate and analyze the relevance of specific retrieval statements submitted by users,and reduce the size of retrieved biological data sequence to tens to hundreds of cache retrieval length by using cache.Compared with the previous scheme which needs to retrieve millions or even tens of millions of biological data sequences,the method proposed in this paper not only improves the reliability of the retrieval results,but also shortens the computing time and compression space of the retrieval.Through the experiment of the scheme and the system,the results show that compared with the previous scheme,because of the homomorphic encryption of biological data and the addition of a scheme supporting pattern based ciphertext retrieval,this paper constructs a ciphertext cache system for users' retrieval requests,which can not only perform pattern based retrieval on biological data ciphertext,but also reduce the retrieval time The time complexity and space complexity are more reliable than the traditional methods of biological data storage and retrieval.The solution proposed in this paper is to solve the problem that the previous storage and retrieval scheme of biological data does not support the operation of ciphertext,pattern based retrieval,and the analysis of the relevance of retrieval statements.It will give great support to the scientific research based on biological data.The system can improve the function of supporting ciphertext operation,and the result of ciphertext operation is more reliable.
