Construction And Application Of Natural Resources Survey System Based On WebGIS Technology

The important function of the Ministry of Natural Resources is to unify the responsibility of the owner of natural resources assets owned by the whole people,and to carry out land spatial planning and ecological protection,to solve the previous mode of separate management of natural resources,and to gradually integrate the monitoring and investigation of natural resources.At present,China's natural resources survey is still in the working mode of separate investigation and monitoring.In the process of investigation,there are often inconsistent standards between different departments,no exchange of investigation information,and inconsistent investigation results.In addition,due to the increase of investigation content,there are often staff with insufficient investigation experience,and there are omissions or lack of standards in the investigation results.Because of the inconsistent data and the poor quality of the survey results,it is necessary to establish an integrated natural resources survey system based on geographic information technology under the current situation.The spatial data management function of GIS is very suitable for the natural resources investigation system.The establishment of natural resources investigation system based on geographic information technology has certain application value.This paper takes the natural resources survey mode of a city as the main research object,designs and develops the natural resources survey system based on geographic information system according to the user's demand for the natural resources survey system.The system adopts the editing and integration of mobile GIS,WebGIS,Java service,Ajax technology and other types of survey system,provides map service with OGC map standard,and uses Java for background data acquisition and processing.This paper combs the whole investigation process,and introduces in detail Ajax technology,Java background technology,mobile GIS,WebGIS and other related geographic information technology.Combining domestic satellite remote sensing images,UAV aerial photogrammetry and GNSS technology to obtain survey data,it establishes a natural resources survey technology system,and forms a mobile field acquisition subsystem and a C/S data analysis subsystem.The data management subsystem of B/S and BS has designed a natural resources survey system which integrates data sending,survey,upload,analysis and statistics.The system realizes the integrated survey of natural resources,and solves the problems of inconsistent data,non-standard survey results and inconsistent data among departments caused by the separate survey of various resources.
