Natural resources are the material basis for human survival and development.And strengthening the protection of natural resources and the supervision of its development and utilization are of great significance for realizing the healthy development of social economy and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.China established the national land inspection system in 2006,and further established the National Natural Resources Supervision Organization in 2018.According to the authorization of the central government,it inspects the local government that implemented the major policies,decision-making arrangements,and implementation of laws and regulations of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on natural resources and land space planning.Furthermore,with the help of modern information technology such as big data,cloud computing,and Internet of Things,building an inspector information system can improve the efficiency and quality of natural resource inspectors and better achieve inspector goals.The dissertation firstly investigates and sorts out the situation fully of the National Natural Resources Supervision Organization's the orientation of duties,the business system and the status quo of information construction,which puts emphasis on the limitations of the original inspector information system of the author's unit(National Natural Resources Inspector Xi'an Bureau)Then it analyzes and studies a,the tasks and requirements of the National Natural Resources Inspector in new era.Under the new situation,it puts forward the general idea of the construction of the natural resources inspection business information system,In response to the business needs of the National Natural Resources Inspector Xi'an Bureau and the current status of the information system,the system's functional requirements analysis and overall design are carried out..On this basis,the thesis develops and constructs of a comprehensive business information system including seven modules such as data support,inspection basis,inspection methods,inspection results,field evidence,query statistics,inspection results.After passing the test,the system was applied in the National Natural Resources Inspector Xi'an Bureau and achieved good operational results.The technical features of this system are as follows: it uses Oracle as the database and uses B/S mode to design the business information system,the system is based on the ASP.Net MVCframework under the MVC mode,the system front-end and background are implemented based on the Spring.Net framework and released through IIS,users can log in to the system page through a web browser to perform related module operations.The dissertation consists of five chapters: chapter one is the introduction,which explains the background,purpose,and significance of the research,and summarizes the overseas and domestic research status;the second chapter is the analysis of functional requirements of the system and the selection of key technologies;the third chapter describes the overall system design;chapter 4 is a detailed description of the process and results of system development and testing;Chapter 5 is the conclusions and recommendations of the dissertation.
