The high expression ARF6 downstream-activated multiple subnetworks containing RAD50|BTRC were constructed in human left brain from previously established GRNInfer molecular database.The corresponding common cellular location and tissue distribution were calculated based on previously identified DAVID,respectively.The following hypothesis was proposed and verified:1.From extracellular exosome torsin family 1 member B(TOR1B)to RAD50 double strand break repair protein(RAD50)induced learning,including RAB3GAP1 subnetwork especially present in leukemialymphoblastic(molt4)|lymphomaburkittsRaji,and OSBPL8 subnetwork present in lymph node.2.From extracellular exosome RAB3 GTPase activating protein catalytic subunit 1(RAB3GAP1)to RAD50 double strand break repair protein(RAD50)or beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase(BTRC)induced learning,including AL050030 subnetwork especially present in lymph node,or SFRS1 subnetwork present in skin|TONGUE.3.From nucleoplasm beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase(BTRC)or nucleoplasm ring finger protein 2(RNF2)or cytoplasm TOR signaling pathway regulator(TIPRL)or Long intergenic non protein coding RNA 657(AL050030)to RAD50 double strand break repair protein(RAD50)induced learning,including TOR1B subnetwork especially present in Skeletal MusclelCerebellum,or MOAP1 subnetwork present in CD8+T cells|PB CD56+NKcells,or SPTB subnetwork present in CD4+T cells|leukemialymphoblastic(molt4),or RNF2 subnetwork present in lymphomaburkittsRaji.4.From extracellular exosome Torsin family 1 member B(TOR1B)to beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase(BTRC)induced learning,including TIPRL subnetwork especially present in BM CD34+|BM CD 71+EarlyErythroid|PB CD 14+Monocytes|BM CD33+Myeloid |CD8+T cells|PB CD19+B cells|PB CD56+NK cells,and HNRNPAO subnetwork present in Testis Germ Cell.5.From extracellular exosome serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1(SFRS1)to beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase(BTRC)induced learning,including NPTN subnetwork especially present in Testis.
