As the initiator and advocate of the strategic concept of "One Belt And One Road",China should take a more active part in the construction of "One Belt And One Road".In the Internet era of information globalization, the Internet,as a road of unimpeded information, capital flow, technical cooperation and trade exchanges in the "belt and road" region, plays a crucial role in the economic development of the "One Belt And One Road" region. In the face of "One Belt And One Road" opportunities and challenges, how to make the construction of the Internet to the greatest extent to promote economic development is the focus of our current research. In previous studies, specific research on the Internet and economy in "One Belt And One Road" regions of China is relatively rare, and the space factor is not considered in the research. In the research of Internet and economy in "One Belt And One Road" area of China, this paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of Internet's influence on economy, and comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of Internet's influence on economy from the two aspects of supply side and demand side.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of Internet and economy in China. Moreover, the global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation between economy and Internet are analyzed by calculating global Moran index, drawing LISA significance graph and Moran scatter graph.Through the analysis,it is found that there is a significant positive spatial correlation between the economy of 18 One Belt And One Road provinces and the Internet. Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the spatial econometric model in the following modeling. The scientific rationality of spatial weight matrix is the first step to ensure the correctness of the model. The spatial weight matrix is divided into three categories and the typical spatial weight matrix is selected from each category. The global Moran index test was carried out for 5 representative weight matrices of 0-1 space weight matrix, plane distance weight matrix, spherical distance weight matrix, economic distance weight matrix and k-nearest neighbor weight matrix from 2003 to 2018.The results show that the weight matrix of economic distance is the most significant.Next, test and select the spatial panel data model.Firstly, the fixed effect and random effectwere tested respectively, and the results showed that the fixed effect and random effect were very significant.Secondly, the Hausman test is used to determine whether the fixed effect model or the random effect model is adopted, and the fixed effect model is finally selected according to the Hausman test results. Finally,a spatial lag panel data model(SLM),a spatial error panel data model(SEM),and a spatial durbin fixed effect model(SDM)are established for comparative analysis.According to the estimation results of the three models,it is found that the fixed effect model of spatial error panel is the most significant and the fitting effect is the best. Therefore, this paper selects the fixed effect model of spatial error panel as the final result.Through the analysis of this paper, the following conclusions and Suggestions can be drawn. The influence coefficient of Internet penetration rate on per capita GDP of 18 provinces along the "One Belt And One Road" in China is 1.042368.Although the influence of Internet is not the largest among many factors affecting the economic level, the development of Internet has a significant impact on the economy according to the model results. The Internet construction has the obvious promotion function to the economy of "One Belt And One Road" area of our country. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the Internet construction along the "One Belt And One Road" in China. In 18 provinces along the "area" between the level of Internet development not balanced, therefore,in formulating the development strategy of "area" in the process of need to give full consideration to 18 provinces spatial spillover effect between the area, along the "area" of our country area and reasonable layout,so as to realize the regional coordinated development.
