Research On The Evaluation,perception And Optimization Of Tourism And Poverty Alleviation Effects In South Xinjiang

Tourism poverty alleviation is an important part of China's poverty alleviation and development strategy,and one of the ten key tasks of poverty alleviation and development in the new era.The practice of China's tourism poverty alleviation work shows that tourism can effectively promote economic development and cultural prosperity in poor areas,and it is also an effective measure to drive poor people out of poverty.The ethnic areas in southern Xinjiang are limited by factors such as capital,technology,natural conditions,and human resources that are necessary for economic development.It is extremely difficult for the population to find employment and get rid of poverty.Poverty alleviation by tourism has opened up new ways to improve the livelihood of ethnic minority populations in poverty-stricken areas in southern Xinjiang.It has also found a new growth point for the sustainable development of Xinjiang's tourism economy.Therefore,an in-depth study of the livelihood effects of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic areas in southern Xinjiang has become an urgent requirement to transform the development mode of southern ethnic areas,broaden employment channels,improve the livelihood effect,and prevent poor people from returning to poverty.This paper first focuses on the practical development of tourism poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas in southern Xinjiang based on the full reference of research methods and achievements in the field of tourism poverty alleviation and people's livelihood.The evaluation index system of poverty alleviation and people's livelihood of southern Xinjiang.Through systematic and quantitative evaluation,the current situation of tourism poverty alleviation in the four prefectures of southern Xinjiang is grasped,and the problems existing in the process of tourism poverty alleviation promoted by the southern Xinjiang are improved.According to the evaluation,the evaluation results of the tourism poverty alleviation and livelihood effects of the four prefectures in southern Xinjiang are 5.945 points,which is in the "good" level.Among them,social effects and environmental effects scored higher,both reached the "excellent" level,while economic effects and policy benefit effects scored lower,at the "good" level.Second,by constructing a structural equation model and using SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the impact of tourism poverty alleviation on people's livelihood improvement perception.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Residents' perception of the economic,social and environmental effects of tourism poverty alleviation have a positive impact on the improvement of people's livelihood,of which environmental effects have the largest impact and economic effects have the least impact.(2)Through the intermediary effect model test,it is found that the impact of economic benefit perception on people's livelihood improvement perception is more transmitted through the intermediary role of environmental effect perception and social effect perception.(3)The perception of policy beneficiary effect only has a regulating effect on the perception of environmental effect,and when residents' perception of the beneficiary effect of policy is higher than-1.369,the regulating effect will exist.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in optimizing the path of the tourism poverty alleviation and livelihood effects of southern Xinjiang are analyzed from the three levels of macro-policy,meso-oriented and micro-operability.
