The World Trade Organization(WTO)and its predecessor, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade(GATT),are committed to expanding the markets of member states and promoting trade liberalization.Tariff and non-tariff trade barriers have been significantly reduced worldwide, reducing traditional trade barriers to international trade At the same time, the "inefficiency of trade" as an "invisible" market access barrier has increasingly received widespread attention from many international organizations, governments and the trade community, prompting people to start attaching great importance to eliminating transnational Institutional and technical obstacles in the transaction process, reducing transaction costs and difficult trade facilitation issues. With the acceleration of global economic integration, the international division of labor continues to deepen, and intermediate product trade is flourishing. The production of final products will be participated by multiple countries. In this trade situation, trade facilitation has become a focus of attention. This paper is based on China 's trade facilitation and world input-output table data for 42 trading partner countries from 2008 to 2014.First,the principal component analysis method is used to construct trade facilitation indicators, and the sample countries 'trade facilitation levels are measured.China decomposed the domestic value added of exports of 42 trading partner countries, and finally used the GLS model to conduct an empirical analysis of the relationship between the two.The study found that:(1)the level of trade facilitation significantly promoted the increase of China's domestic export value, that is,a country's increase in trade facilitation level is beneficial to the country's trade gains;(2)further decomposes China's domestic exports It also studies the impact of trade facilitation.Except that it does not have a significant impact on the domestic value added of intermediate exports absorbed by the domestic final demand of the direct importing countries, the rest of the indicators fully show the promotion of trade facilitation. In the expansion test, this article analyzes based on the perspective of the composition of trade facilitation indicators, different types of countries, and whether it is a developed country perspective. The results show that:(1)From the four first-level indicators that constitute trade facilitation,in addition to port efficiency, customs environment, regulatory environment, financial services, and e-commerce have significantly promoted the increase in domestic added value of domestic exports. In terms of impact, financial services and e-commerce have the largest impact on domestic value-added exports.(2)According to the regression of different types of countries, the increase in trade facilitation has a greater impact on the domestic value added of exports to developing countries. The increase in the level of trade facilitation in non-EU countries will be beneficial to the increase in China's domestic exports; The impact of trade facilitation and whether it is a “Belt and Road country” is not significant.(3)From the perspective of interaction between the four first-level indicators and whether it is a developed country, the role of port efficiency in promoting domestic value-added exports is not different from whether it is a developed country. In terms of customs environment and financial services and e-commerce,The promoting role of developing countries is significantly higher than that of developed countries, and the promoting role of developed countries is even higher in terms of the regulatory environment. Finally, based on the above research results, based on the perspective of trade facilitation, put forward reasonable suggestions on how a country or an enterprise can increase the domestic added value of exports, and further point out the shortcomings of this article and future development directions.
