Study On The Evaluation Of Urban Resilience Under The Earthquake Resistant Situation In Yunnan Province

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the process of urbanization in China has been advancing rapidly,and a large number of people and property have gathered in the city.At the same time,the vulnerability of the city has been gradually reflected.Compared with the period when the level of urbanization is low,the loss caused by the impact of disasters in the city at this stage is greater.The frequency and magnitude of earthquakes in Yunnan Province are relatively high,and the impact of earthquake disasters on Yunnan Province is particularly prominent.In recent years,smart city,sponge City,resilient city and other urban development concepts are in the ascendant.Among them,resilient city refers to the ability of urban system(including individuals,communities and the whole city)to survive,adapt and grow after various uncertainties or disasters.The construction of resilient cities plays a positive role in improving the level of earthquake resistance in Yunnan Province.The construction and development of urban resilience in Yunnan Province can reduce the damage and loss caused by earthquake,protect the achievements of urban construction and improve the level of urban development in Yunnan Province.Based on the construction of 16 prefectures in Yunnan Province and the research of destructive earthquakes in Yunnan Province over the years,this study analyzes the relationship between destructive earthquakes and urban layout in Yunnan Province in each period by using GIS and other software;selects 11 prefectures as the research object according to the basic data of economic development and urban construction;constructs the index system of resilient cities in the earthquake resistant situation of Yunnan Province It includes five first-class indexes of "urban economic toughness","urban facility toughness","social toughness","ecological environment toughness" and "emergency management system toughness",as well as 27 second-class indexes of "per capita refuge area","reinforced concrete house proportion","mountain area proportion",etc.to evaluate the urban toughness of Yunnan Province,and analyze the urban resilience of Yunnan Province Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward with pertinence and feasibility.
