The urban road network is the backbone of urban traffic, complete and unblocked urban road network is an important guarantee for the passage of people and material transportation. As the pace of urbanization accelerates, the original structure of the city will face huge challenges. The development of cities is also faced with many uncertain factors, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, epidemics and other extreme natural disasters.Among them, the disasters caused by earthquakes are violent and lasting. The development of modern cities must consider the prevention of unknown disasters. Therefore, the theory of urban resilience has attracted more and more scholars' attention and research once it was put forward. The resilience of the road network is the key to building resilient cities. The current evaluation of urban resilience at home and abroad is still in its infancy, especially in the domestic market.Research on resilience is mostly limited to theoretical research and elaboration, and the evaluation of urban resilience is also a qualitative evaluation.Research on the resilience of urban road networks is mostly aimed at evaluating individual infrastructures, and few are aimed at the resilience of the entire road network.Evaluation.Based on this research background, this article first summarizes the disaster resistance evaluation indicators of bridges, tunnels, and road units in the urban road network based on the existing research.Based on the complex network theory, establishes the road network topology structure and uses the nodes in the network. The redundancy between them is the carrier, combined with the node and path weight values, and the evaluation index of the seismic resilience performance of the urban road network is proposed. Finally,a quantitative analysis of the resilience changes of the urban road network in different seismic intensities or different topological structures is combined with examples. The research content of this paper mainly includes:1)Using the existing earthquake damage prediction models and methods of road network infrastructure, summarize the classification and judgment standards of the degree of earthquake damage of bridges, tunnels, and road units in the road network,as well as the traffic probability under different earthquake damage factors.Combining the traffic probability of bridges, roads, and tunnels, the formula for calculating the reliability of road sections is given2)Introduced the basic concepts of complex networks, several topological characteristics of complex etworks, including node degree, average path length, clustering coefficient, and network efficiency.Four network models are proposed for different network topological characteristics, and the four network models are formed. The mechanism and typical features are introduced.3)Combining the domestic and foreign research on urban resilience, the evaluation of the reliability of road sections and the basic theory of complex networks, the seismic performance resilience evaluation index of urban road network is proposed. This index is the average number of reliable independent paths including node and path weights. Its core lies in The redundancy between network node pairs.4)Using urban road network examples to build a network topology model with 26 nodes and 38 edges based on a complex network,MATLAB programming is used to analyze the network urban road network resilience, and the network resilience value is obtained, and then different earthquake intensities Perform an analysis on the changes in the network resilience curve under the network, and finally the key road sections are identified based on the characteristics of the network topology, the network topology is changed, and the changes in the resilience curve are studied. The research results can provide a reference for improving the resilience of the urban road network.
