Investigation And Evaluation Of Insect Biodiversity In Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County

Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone.The altitude of the territory is very high with,the complicated terrain and extremely rich natural vegetation.It is a hotspot of biodiversity,and research on insect biodiversity in this area is of great significanceIn this study,using traditional taxonomy and DNA metebarcoding technology was used to investigate the insect communities in different habitats of Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County.Community composition,dominant groups,richness,diversity index,similarity of insect communities in different habitats,and environmental factors were compared through above mentioned methods.Preliminary discussion on the relationship between community species and habitat types and environmental factors,and evaluation of potential support functions of insect communities in different habitats Exploring the feasibility of DNA metebarcoding technology in studying regional insect biodiversity.The main findings are as follows(1)Traditional taxonomic methods were used to sort and identify other insect specimens except Malay net.The specimens were obtained with more than 46,000 specimens,belonging to 1125 species of 14 orders and 134 families.Alist of Insect Species from Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County(I)was compiled.The insects in the Malay net had 2,461,881 sequences annotated as 14,565 OTUs,and are annotated to the insects.There were 17 orders,121 families,359 genus,13009 OTUs 2405206 sequences,and " Insect Species List of Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County(II)" were compiled.and the first construction of the COI barcode database of native insect mitochondrial genes in Lancang County(2)The two methods were used to analyze the insect community structure in Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County.The dominant groups of insect communities in Lancang County were Coleoptera,Lepidoptera,Hymenoptera,Hemiptera,Orthoptera and Diptera.At the level of class and species,the traditional taxonomic method Coleoptera and Lepidoptera dominate.The DNA metebarcoding technology showed that Diptera,Lepidoptera,and Hymenoptera dominated the county.From the functional group composition of insect communities,herbivorous insects were the most,followed by predatory insects,and fecal insects were the least(3)Analysis of Insect Biodiversity Index in Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County.The results of traditional taxonomic methods(sample line method and sample point method)were significantly similar with DNA metebarcoding technology research results.The biodiversity characteristics of insects in Lancang County were closely related to habitat types.In places with good habitats such as secondary forest(E),mixed forest(B)and shrub(C),insects showed a low distribution pattern with high diversity and dominant species.In the habitats of grass slope(F),urban settlement(G),and plantation(H),due to factors such as pesticides and human disturbance,insect diversity was low,and the dominance was with poor community stability(4)Cluster Analysis of Insect Species Diversity in Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County.There are two types of habitats in Jixian County,one is farmland(A),grass slope(F)and urban residence(G),the other is plantation(H),mixed forest(B),secondary forest(E),bush(C)and tea garden(D).The similarity of mixed forests(B),secondary forests(E)and plantations(H)with higher biodiversity;the similarity of grassland slopes(F)and urban settlements(G)with poor biodiversity low.The proportions and coincidence ratios of the dominant species in different habitats were not high,and the insect species in different habitats are more different(5)Analysis of Insect Species Communities and Environmental Factors in Yunnan Lancang Lahu Nationality Autonomous County.The results showed that altitude and latitude are the main factors affecting the diversity distribution of alfalfa insects.In the low-middle altitude 500-1500 m,the population density was large.The natural forest was seriously damaged,and the biodiversity was low(6)Assessment of the factors that threat the biolodiversity through the analysis of insect variation in Lancang County.There were 3 typical aspects that affect the biodiversity human activity;overuse of pestisides and fertilizers;and invasion of exotic species.Based on the result of the investigation and the assessment of the biodiversity of insect biodiversity in Lancang County,this thesis provides a theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate corresponding policies,regulations and protection programs.
